Terrible host.
We called as soon as we arrived regarding the hot tub not heating. We were told it would take 2-4 hours for maintenance to come out… 24 TWENTY-FOUR hours and 6+ phone calls later with very rude and poor customer service someone finally came out. He stated it needed a new control panel and heating element. He also said the round cleaning piece with chlorine tablets was out and had to take it back with him. He left and came back almost 2 hours later to tell us that they did not have any heating elements or control panels available to fix the problem. Needless to say… no hot tub was utilized our entire stay because it was broke the whole time. Had we known this would be an issue, we would have rented a different cabin through a different company. It’s pretty bad when their own employee (maintenance employee who came out) stated that they do not know how they stay in business due to the poor customer service and customer dissatisfaction they have seen with people renting from them. Considering the fact that one of the customer service personnel who spoke with my husband asked my husband if we had visited any “dispensaries” since we had been there, I am not surprised. Very unprofessional. I spoke with several people who were also very rude and gave the cold shoulder about us having ANY issues with the property, by stating that they rank the maintenance calls by priority and that they attend to calls “higher up” first even though we did not get someone out til 24 hrs post arrival
