This tiny house was custom built and designed 2020. Feels very roomy for being ~300 sq ft.

Property is tucked away on over 2 acres down a gravel driveway - it’s pretty steep but definitely manageable without 4 wheel drive (excluding the few snows per year).

Views of the mountains and located in the cute Fairview area just 15 mins southeast of Asheville.

Great yard for pets

Fantastic hikes, breweries, & restaurants within minutes. The Biltmore is also about 20 mins away.

Fairview is a beautiful area outside of Asheville and seems tucked away yet close to all that Asheville has to offer.

Gravel driveway with parking right outside of the tiny house. It's a bit steep but definitely manageable. 4WD is recommended in the winter in case of snow or ice.
