Perfect location, lovely decor, very organized and clean. Fully stocked with kitchen supplies and with lots of beach amenities. Would stay again for sure!

Great location to Jax Beach, restaurants and shopping. Place was clean with everything you need. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely go back.

This apartment is everything we had hoped to get. Super convenient to beaches, food etc. Julia is an amazing host and responds immediately. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a super cute house close to the beach, shops, and dining. It is clean and private with comfortable beds and updated furnishings. We loved the open look of the shower doors and came home wanting to remodel our bath. Everything is provided and the owner responds quickly to all messages. We are making several trips to the area and hope this home is available when we book again.

Wonderful stay

The layout and decor was very welcoming and airy. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was very prompt in responses with questions. Will definitely want to stay again.

Beautiful home!

The place is immaculate!!! Tastefully decorated! Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many great restaurants, bars, and of course the beach! I throughly enjoyed my stay!

Great Sisters Stay

The apartment was cute, clean and well-equipped. My sisters and I had a wonderful 4 days together. Jenny was quick to respond to any questions we had. Next time we are in Jacksonville Beach, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Close by to Mayo Clinic

Check-in was no hazzle. The apartment is decorated with a lot of taste. It is a small apartment, but it has it all. Will definetely stay again.

Wonderful stay

Only thing was (could have also been me) that I didn’t know the beach chairs/ accessories were shared. BUT there is so many so I don’t see it being an issue.

Very well equipped

I was very pleased that the space was exactly as described. The property manager responded immediately to any questions that I had. It was a great location for us because it was close to our family members but also within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped, and everything was very clean. We stay in Jacksonville often because of our family members there and we will definitely choose this location first.

Jax Beach with small family!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The place was perfect for my wife and two grown boys. The condo had all the convenience features we needed to feel like home for the week. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality cookware and appliances and bathrooms/bedrooms were lovely. This unit would be great for two couples or small family. Having all the necessary beach items in the garage was a wonderful touch as well! We'll be back and will try to rent the while house if possible! Great location and fantastic rental experience! Thank you!
