DETAILS: Cape Escape is an elevated 4- bedroom, 4-bathroom Cape San Blas home with screened-in porch, and access to a quiet community pool and basketball court that sleeps 10. Located near beach access, a private swim spa, and only 3 blocks from a gorgeous state park, this stunning home has everything guests need for an unforgettable beach getaway.
The ground floor of this home boasts unique outdoor features, including an outdoor shower, private swim spa, ping pong table, and golf cart to explore the area easily. The community pool and basketball court are also great outdoor spaces to enjoy with friends or family.
Once up the stairs, stepping in from a screened-in porch, guests are greeted by the open-concept kitchen and living room that is perfect for entertaining. Guests may select from 2 guest bedrooms, a primary bedroom, or a bunk room with a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk bed.
With the ability to explore the area on 4 adult and 2 child bikes, plus the added convenience of a golf cart, Cape Escape is a family-friendly vacation home that offers the best of Cape San Blas.

House was clean, well supplied, and inviting! We had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again. Thank you for all you have done to ensure the comfort of your guests!

Not a family friendly property
Would not recommend this specific property for boat owners or the elder. We were harassed the first 2 days for our boat being on the property even though the booking never said it was not allowed. There were 2 other houses in this spot with boats on the property but we were told that it was a HOA guideline so we were told to store ours somewhere but the other others were not. This was the middle of scallop season so obviously everyone renting had boats.
If you want the beach stay but don’t actually want to go to the beach, stay here.
