This property was as advertised. The home had a great layout and was close to the beach. The pool was one of the better one's we have had at a VRBO. Communication with the host was excellent!

This was our third time staying here, and we are already booked for next summer. Everything is clean, the kitchen well stocked with things to use for cooking and storing, and eating. The pool was great as usual. The host was readily available to address any issues we might have had. This is our go to vacation home and we hope we can continue the tradition as the years go by

I absolutely loved this house, it was completely stocked with everything you could ask for! My grandbabies loved the pool and all the toys, games and beach stuff! We will definitely be back!

Great for families

We stayed at Good Times and Tan Lines for our family vacation. The house was great and gave us lots of room to spread out. We loved the porches and hung out on them most nights. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay for Families

Plenty of room for an extended family of ten. Great space for kids ranging from 2-13. Very short, easy walk to the beach. Perfect location and loved having our own pool. Home had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our rental house and location. The house had lots of kid things which was very convenient as well as lots of beach things!. The description on line was very accurate.

Toddler Getaway

This was our first trip with our family and new baby and this house was perfect! Extremely well stocked and the owner was very helpful. Would love to stay again.

Our Favorite Place.

This is our second time here and it's our favorite by far. The house is everything we need. We loved sitting on the balcony on the 3rd floor, but just as awesome was the screened in porch on the main floor. Theresa is always accessible, even throughout the year, and so nice!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with amazing weather! The house was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were especially thankful for the provided beach gear. We did buy a couple of buckets as the ones there were broken. And we bought a float. There are even beach towels provided. Easy access to the beach and the cart provided was very helpful. We would definitely rent again!! Thank you for sharing your home!

Cape San Blas

This property had it all. Kitchen was fully loaded, provided baby gates/chairs/stroller/pack n play/tubs of toys and the private pool was fantastic!

Great House

We stayed at this house with another family and it was the perfect size. Great house with lots of space and very close to the beach and a great location on the cape as well. The pool came in handy, we used it a good bit.

Great friend week of relaxing!!

Had a great week relaxing by the pool and beach!! The house was perfect for our 4 couples, we are some incredible meals at local restaurants and ended each night with game and cards around the table. Looking forward to our next vacay!!!!

Spring Break 2023

We had a wonderful stay at Good Times and Tan Lines. Perfect, close location to the beach. They had tons of beach/pool toys and equipment. The house was clean and spacious. Great house for all ages!

We had a great stay at Good Times and Tan Lines. Perfect for our family. We had 3 young kids with us and two sets of grandparents. We had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked and we had nearly everything we needed for supplies. We did have to do a run for paper towels and toilet paper, but there was a close by store! The walk to the beach is very quick and easy. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were provided—which was a huge bonus for us. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk each night for sunset. In total there were 3 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with queen over queen bunk. Only ONE king bedroom has a direct en suite. And the queen over queen bedroom has an en suite jack and Jill that leads to the hallway. We misread that description. All other bedrooms are stand alone with bathrooms across the hall. Overall, we loved our stay here and had a great time!
