The property was spacious, clean, and new! It is steps from The Coronado Del Hotel and several cute coffee shops & restaurants. There was plenty of room for my family with the upstairs villa. I would highly recommend this property for your stay!

The house was amazing. Great location to walk everywhere. Rooms were large. Loved taking the bikes for a ride. Perfect long weekend!

Great stay

This property is in the perfect location for walking to restaurants, beach and shopping. The beds are all comfortable with nice bedding. The entire house and outside areas were very clean. I would stay here again.

Great property!! Close to everything and beautiful home. Check in was easy and any questions were answered promptly. Will definitely stay here again.

We had our whole family at the property for a wedding at the nearby Del Coronado Hotel and everyone raved about our stay and these accommodations. We loved walking for morning coffees or lobster rolls at lunch. We loved hanging out in the courtyard/backyard. We used the hot tub, bikes, fire pit and picnic tables. The house was stocked with incidentals so we didn’t have to run out for shampoo or coffee on our first morning. The property was clean, and beautiful and secure and comfortable. Thank you. We made great memories walking the beach, attending the wedding and enjoying this lovely property!

Family Time

We stayed at the Crown Villas for a mini vacation. It was easily accessible, very clean, close to restaurants and the beach and had pretty much everything we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic! We did plan to make a couple dinners, so we had a decent amount of groceries with us. The only thing we noticed is there is not a lot of pantry space as all the cabinets are full.

Grand place with a few flaws

Great location. Impressive property. Front rocking chairs are decrepit and hazardous. No railings in showers. Rug in Master Suite is falling apart and is dangerous. Put some salt and pepper in those shakers!

Weekend getaway with a zoo sidecar

Location to the Del is fantastic. Front of home is on a side street with street parking 15’ from the master bedroom. Entrance to home is through the backyard/front yard. Nice parking off the street. Most of the bedrooms do not have an attached bathroom. The master bedroom upstairs has a shower built for a super model. Yes very tiny!! House is fairly well equipped inside, backyard fire pit is less then impressive. The building across the driveway has balconies that look into the backyard/ front yard. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a nice place.
