Will rent again. Lower level seemed odd at first BUT the youngest family with 2 young kids chose it to have their kids not wake up the rest of the house & to keep the parents near the young ones. Worked well. Kitchen well appointed.

Perfect vacation!

We loved this home. Everything was clean and felt new. The private pool was great to come back to after a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Perfect NYE vacay!

We were VERY pleased with this home for our NYE beach trip. The owner was magnificent, and the house was very clean and accommodating. We will definitely be back to this beach house.

The photos and listing looked great and perfect for us. It turned out it was as we expected and more. Our group of 14 had plenty of room. Not just the beds, but the huge open kitchen and common space. It was perfect for movies, games and cooking ... all at the same time. The front porch was perfect for sitting and watching the ocean with a drink. Everything was clean and the walk to the beach was very short. The pool was a welcome break when w were done with the beach but not ready to go in. We definitely stay here again with a big group.

Beach getaway

The property was perfect for a large family. The location and house was perfect for having kids on the trip. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We loved our vacation at this property and already looking forward to our next trip here!

Our family had the best time! Ashleigh was a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Easy check-in and clear instructions for check out. 10/10 experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Best beach experience!!

Can’t say enough about how amazing this property is. Very comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach! Loved the pool and everything was very clean. On top of everything, Ashleigh was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Fall break with the family

We chose this house because of the rooms. However we didn’t know the steps to the downstairs room were outside. It would of been nice to have loungers around the pool and the pool deck was a little smaller than it looked in pictures.

Great Times!

Highly recommended!!Property is closer to the beach than pictures appear so that was wonderful! Sitting on the screened in front porch the early morning with your coffee is must then again in the evening with cocktails. Poolside is also a must when taking a break from the beach. Accommodation’s were great for all 14 of us. 8 adults and 6 children. Just FYI the lower 2 bedrooms are not accessible from the upstairs unit you must go outside to come up. Worked great for us but might not be ideal for everyone. Our host Ashleigh was wonderful to work with! Took care of all our needs! None of us wanted to leave especially the two 5 year olds and 6 year old. They wanted to live there forever! Thank you for beautiful memories of our 2024 family vacation!😁
