The unit number for this condo is W302. If this is booked, please try VRBO Listing No. 471136(Unit Number W303). Free Two Lounge Chairs with Cushions and Umbrella ($40 value a day), WiFi, and HBO. Electronic lock: There is no need to carry a key and no worry about someone else having a copy of the key. Recently remodeled with new granite counter tops, kitchen cabinets, vanities, appliances, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.

Beautiful views of the white sugar sand beach and crystal-clear water. Sixty feet long eight feet high glass wall from floor to ceiling along the beach. Sliding glass doors are in bedrooms and living room. All rooms including the dining room are the beach and the ocean front.

Large bedrooms with private baths and walk-in closets. Master bath has two sinks. This place is huge and very well equipped to accommodate 7 people. The Master has a king bed and the second bedroom has two queens.

Each room has a floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall view of the gulf, and it feels close to the beach from this third-floor condo. Watch the beautiful sunsets and relax with your favorite drink on the balcony.

This is a low-density condo that has only 32 units each building; A total of 64 units! No waiting for elevators. Two parking spaces for each unit are located under the building on the main floor. This is a very nice vacation spot located on the west end of Panama City Beach, yet conveniently located close to all types of dining, shopping, family amusements, and activities at the brand-new Pier Park complex! You're close to upscale and casual dining as well as within walking distance to a grocery store, shops, casual and fine dining restaurants, and the new Panama City Beach Pier.

New large HD TVs in bedrooms and a Smart TV in the living room with DVD player. A fully stocked kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and HBO making this 'home away from home' perfect for families, couples, and friends.

Nice, quiet area of panama city beach. Smaller condo with less people very family friendly. Clean and decorated beautifully! Will always recommend staying at this property.

Perfect beach spot

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of this vacation! The condo was clean and roomy. The beach was not crowded at all. Location was close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Best Wedding Vacation Trip Ever!!!

We came down for my daughter’s wedding held here at the Sea Chase on the beach and it was so beautiful! We stayed in W302 and everything was awesome from the get go! I can’t thank you enough Mr Sulu and your Wife for this wonderful and peaceful and amazing condo! You answered every time I called or replied to my texts and I really appreciated that!! Everything was clean and organized, and it was just perfect! Only one request I have for our next time here is if you would put a couple of barstool beach chairs or a lounge chair on the balcony, 😊but it was still an absolute gorgeous view and we had such a great time! It was quiet, easy access from parking to elevator to our condo! I had a MaryKay party in the huge dining room while it stormed but it didn’t bring us down! This was the BEST vacation I’ve had in a very long time! I will recommend this condominium to everyone I know and we will definitely be back!! Bless you and keep you!!

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely loved our stay. Only negative was room code was not available at check in but we contacted owner and he immediately fixed the issue. Condo was so spacious and beautiful. Very convenient location. Having two beach chairs already set up every morning was a big plus for us. Will be staying here again.

Family Fun without the traffic

Great condo for a family vacation. Beautiful view from every room. Easy access being on the 3rd floor. No construction or major traffic in front of the building so it was easy to get in and out. It's 10-20 minutes to Pier Park depending on traffic heading there. There is a BIG souvenir store across the street that we went to every night. The beach wasn't overly crowded, & there were no problems getting the 2 beach chairs & umbrella that are included in your stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Vacation Rental

I loved how nice and quiet the area is compared to the other end of Beach Front Road. The floor to ceiling windows are spectacular. All beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy check-in. Parking is right there and you can choose either covered or open. We found everything clean and easy access to the beach and pool. Several restaurants and grocery store close. Going to Thomas's for donuts is a must. We will be back!

Good Vacation

We had a great time and the condo was spacious but we were a little disappointed in it not being very clean and a terrible water leak from 2 different condo above. We let the owner of the condo know as well as the cleaning company. The gave us our cleaning deposit back and was hoping for more because of all of our troubles.

PCB condo

Nice condo, beach front with easy access. The elevator went out on Saturday afternoon and was not repaired by exit time on Monday. We had to make multiple trips down several flights of stairs to carry our luggage and personal items down. Poor communication regarding the elevator repair. Disappointing end to a good vacation.

Overall cleanliness. Carpet was dirty and stunk. Water leak in bathroom and had carpet soaked

Bad. Couldn’t get in. Keypad did not work. Only given one key for two families to share. Had conflicts going and coming because of only one key. Owner did not care. Never will stay in this condo again

Not reccomended!

I got sick from the mold smell in the unit. One of the beds is ok but in the other room the two beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet could use cleaning , has a very foul odor. The cooking utensils are old and not very useable. No knives are sharp enough to cut anything. There are windows all across but they are hazy because they are old , also dirty! I could not recommend this unit !!! You pay a cleaning fee and security fee and you will not get either back!

Best Views in PCB

When we vacation in PCB it’s @ Seachase. You can’t beat the full condo gulf view. Every room w/ gulf facing wall-to-wall-floor-to-ceiling glass. Over the years we have seen ocean wildlife from a Seachase condo including dolphins, sharks, schools of stingrays, countless interesting things. This unit is well appointed with comfortable, functional & attractive furnishings & appliances. We don’t eat out in PCB-instead avoid crowds by cooking. The kitchen contained everything we needed: dishes, cookware, food storage, drinkware, dish soap and even a few condiments(salt, pepper, old bay, coffee filters etc) The ice maker was on & even had fresh ice when we arrived. The bedrooms are decorated in appropriate beachy style just like the family room & kitchen & feature premium mattresses on which we slept quite well. Everything we needed was on hand including towels, extra blanket, sheets (we didn’t need but I think I saw a set), hangers, even liquid soap dispensers at every sink and bar soap if you needed. The ceiling fan was quiet & moved air nicely. There was even a box fan, but we didn’t need it. Another reviewer complained the thermostat was set remotely so she couldn’t adjust it-that is INCORRECT. We moved the temp up & down at will. Seachase HOA needs to do better job w/pool deck-splinters, stairwell-pressure wash, luggage carts-dirty, but none of those are within the control of this owner. This unit is exactly what we wanted; clean, comfortable, cool & quiet.

Great location, poor owner interactions

I was expecting to get check-in codes on VRBO app, which said codes had not been added yet. I did not realize that the owner had sent an email directly a few weeks before trip. It took a while for owner to respond to messages through VRBO initially. He then texted and resent email with codes, after the check-in time. My husband and I always check linens when we check in a rental. The linens on master bed were stained with various bodily fluids and there were no extras. When I reported this, the owner stated that his cleaning people were out of town and the only option was to purchase linens for the bed and that he would reimburse us. I told him I felt that was not acceptable. His only option was to give us full refund, knowing that there would be nowhere else in PCB that we could stay. So, I purchased linens and he would not reimburse us the amount until he could verify with his cleaning people that we had left linens in the unit. We were not able to adjust the air below a certain point as thermostat was controlled remotely. Owner informed my husband that our rate was to be cooled at the temperature set and if we wanted it cooler we could pay additional fee. That was not mentioned in the rental agreement. The internet went out on Sunday, meaning we weren't able to watch TV until the issue was resolved on Monday. On Monday the washing machine stopped working and we reported this to owner during regular business hours; however, owner did not call until Tuesday and a repairman was not available to come until Thursday, which was the day we checked out. So, we were not able to do laundry for the majority of our time and there was still a washing machine full of water when we left. It seemed that he did not have a good plan in place for managing his property if something went wrong. The communication was terrible with the owner. It became apparent at some point the owner was not answering or responding to my calls or texts as he answered my husband's number right after I called once. The owner was sarcastic in many of his responses. I would definitely stay at Sea Chase again. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The property is an a good location to local interests. I would definitely not rent from this owner again!

We were sold on this property when we saw the gorgeous ocean view from every room. The location is also great since it is close to SR 79 and the new international airport, close to Pier Park, and close to shopping and restaurants. We also liked that it is a low density complex so not too crowded. We were also impressed with the two large bedrooms and the split floor plan allows for privacy within families or friends.
