With a fun game room, large family/dining room, fully stocked kitchen, private swimming pool & more, it's the perfect place for families and large groups to enjoy and relax.
Ping pong, dominoes, board games, wall games, & more will keep everyone entertained in the game room. The large sectional couch in the adjacent family room is a great place to relax and watch TV. The dining room seats 12 comfortably, and the a/c units in the living areas are an added bonus.
The full-size kitchen is completely stocked. Brand new appliances, dinnerware, and all kinds of utensils and gadgets will come in handy. We even have an Instapot and air fryer/microwave! Spices, cooking spray, soaps, paper towels, and more are all provided. We also have creamer, sugar, and some coffee to start your trip off right.
The upper level balcony wraps around 3 sides of the house. Enjoy the beautiful views and jungle breezes from one of several hammocks. The large, private backyard has something for everyone: a swimming pool with a basketball hoop, putting green, badminton/volleyball, glow in the dark tetherball, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, plus a gazebo with propane grill and fireplace. Truly a private oasis.
There are 2 King beds and 4 Queen beds total. NO bunkbeds, so everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. (Pack n play baby crib also provided.) 4 bedrooms (1 on the main floor, 3 upstairs) offer plenty of space to spread out. Each bedroom has an a/c unit and ceiling fan, light/sound blocking curtains, pillow top mattress with memory foam topper, pillow and mattress protectors, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, a chair or bench to sit on, mosquito trap, and extra places to plug in chargers. We have truly thought of everything.
3 full bathrooms—with HOT water—come equipped with plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, hair dryers, and even microfiber makeup remover towels. The 2 main floor bathrooms have spa shower systems and the upstairs bathroom has a full size bathtub/shower. A non-slip mat and shower seat are available.
The laundry room has a brand new, full size washer & dryer and is stocked with liquid detergent, Tide pods, fabric softener, dryer sheets, & dryer balls. A full size ironing board, iron, and garment steamer are also available.
The large closet in the laundry room is stocked with beach gear, yard/pool equipment, and more. We have 12 beach chairs, pool and beach towels, a hard-sided cooler with wheels, a soft-sided cooler backpack, an insulated tote bag, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, beach canopy, beach blanket, sand toys, smashball, & more. You'll also find a badminton/volleyball net, golf balls and putters, balls/ball pump, pool floats, etc.
There is a dedicated workspace near the main living area. A comfortable chair and small desk sit just off the dining room. We have high speed Wi-Fi, with a whole-home mesh system.
The carport provides covered parking for up to 4 vehicles. The lockbox is conveniently located by the door under the carport. Each exterior door uses the same key. There are 4 exterior doors on the main floor and 2 upstairs—one sliding door and one at the end of the hallway, both leading to the balcony. All windows are equipped with screens, which is a must in the jungle!
