The property was perfect for our family. The kids did not want to leave! Its location was most ideal. The quick and easy walk to the beach was great. All in all, it hit all high marks.

We loved our stay the condo was nice and clean. The kids loved the pool. The walk to the beach was so easy and not very far the gate on the condo was kinda tricky we had to use the inside code box onxeor twice bc the outside one wouldn't open but that was no biggie.

Good location. The kitchen was not stock with pots or pans hardly , I purchased a skillet and left it for future guest .

Great beach stay

We would book this place each time. We loved the space, privacy, cleanliness, the amenities etc. Great location as well.

Had a great stay at St. Martin Villas. Check in was super easy. The place was clean and even better than pictures. Spacious and accommodating for our family. The walk to the water park across the street, eateries and shopping and most important the private access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. My only issue was that the WiFi was very weak and I was attempting to do work while on vacay but unfortunately was not successful. We had issues being able to work and use the master TV because of this as well. But there was so much to do in the area that it wasn’t a huge deal breaker. Will definitely book again soon!

Perfect!!!

The condo had a great layout for all of us, really enjoyed the balcony. The short walk to the beach made our beach days so easy. It’s the best beach we have ever gone to. Water was beautiful!! Centrally located to lots of restaurants and activities.

Convenient, well appointed Destin condo

Enjoyed our stay, condo matched the pictures and descriptions. It was a short walk to beach and short hop to Destin Harbor . RealJoy was quick to respond to all our requests. They were super!

Destin family trip.

Checkin, door codes and rules were all very clear and easy to follow. This location accommodated my family and I exactly as we needed. Beds were comfortable and to liking. All appliances were in good working order. The pool and grilling area were enjoyable. Might suggest something to shade the grilling area. All other guests were very friendly and respectable. I will recommend this place to others. Had a great time!

Perfect vacation

Devin and Kandace of RealJoy were outstanding. Thank you. Always prompt to get back to us if there were issues (very few) or questions. Our unit was clean and the master bed was amazing!! So comfy. We gave no negatives. Fell in love with the Emerald Coast. We will be back!!

My 18 month old was walking barefoot and she got up on the sofa he feet we black from dirty floor that was the first couple of hours at the place. Full kitchen but no towels,mitts,for the stay. Dryer doesn't have a handle to open so had to use a fork there was a butter knife in the window but didn't know what it was for until I did a load of laundry. Usually when I rent a place it supplies beach chairs and towels so I will not stay at this place again and it is not a 5 star place at all. no soft lighting in the living area everything is on the ceiling. We fixed the sliding glass curtains they were not hung appropriate and couple of the holes we not in the rod. again it was dirty not happy

Overall the property was great. There were a few chips in paint on walls and furniture and some things that could be touched up, including the sprinkler on the ceiling in the living room was sticking out further. The room sizes were great and the having two full bathrooms was great. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was clean on arrival and check in process was very easy. We received the codes the day of arrival like stated. Liked that there were basic essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. The only thing that I would say was an issue was the amount of towels and wash clothes there were available for 8 people. We had to do laundry a few times just to have towels available for everyone to be able to take showers. Overall location was great close to a lot of attractions, the Harbor Walk and restaurants. Would recommend the at St Martin Beachwalk Villas and renting with Real Joy Rentals. The communication was spot on with them, whenever I had a question there was always a quick response and they made the process to make the payments easy.

Well to start off the check in process is very easy. We got to the condo around 6pm and checked in. The condo was clean but hot. I noticed there was not many supplies for a 5 day 4 night stay for a group of 7. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags and 2 packets of powered dishwasher cleaner as well as 1 packet of laundry soap. There was also no salt and pepper which I found kind of odd. They do provide cookware, however it was the oldest cheapest cookware andthe coating was scraped off the inside of the pan so everything stuck to the pan. The knives were all pretty dull as well we couldn't chop an apple. By day 2 I went out and purchased a pan, knife and large salad bowl. The king bed was so hard I tossed and turned the first 2 night and woke up to horrible back pain day 3 they brought a mattress topper which helped alot. The t.v in the living room does not properly work. The property is very noisy even with a 10pm quite time. I had to call the non emergency line my second night.
