This charming, updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Frisco Main Street, Ten Mile Creek, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.

Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and is fully updated, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar.

The living room offers a cozy gathering space complete with a gas fireplace, large mounted Smart TV, and modern furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy mountain views from the living room or the private balcony.

Past living room, you will find the primary and guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, mounted Smart TV, dresser, and en suite 1/2 bath. The guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunkbed, and a desk. The guest bathroom provides single-sink vanity and a separate water room for the toilet and walk-in shower. The bathrooms are both tastefully updated. For your convenience, each bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

A great location in Frisco
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cozy, fresh condo, conveniently close to Main Street
Our stay was pleasant and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub just down the stairs and a few steps away. In the condo, everything was nicely decorated, modern but also cozy. We appreciated the pull out sofa bed, the shower and bathrooms were in great condition (love the tile!) and hot water was not a problem. The beds and pillows were firm. Kitchenware and appliances were nice and new. We were there during down season (after ski but before summer), so it was very quiet. The walk to Main Street was only a couple of blocks and that was fantastic to go for restaurants, renting bikes, and checking out the Frisco Historic Park & Museum (highly recommend, it's free, great for kids!).

Great rental - well outfitted and nicely redone.
The rental itself is quite nice - very well refurbished and modern, clean appearance. Very comfortable stay. The apartment complex itself is fine but nothing fancy. Location is excellent and closer to Main street than I expected. The property is managed by a local property manager and WILDLY OVERCOMMUNICATED with tons of emails to point of making it confusing. When it came time to check-in, I had to reference one email for the address, another separate email for the door code, and a non-VRBO app for all the information on the rental itself. I found it confusing and a general pain in the butt. Would rather see them use the VRBO interface.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
