Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and had everything we needed for an 11 day vacation in Frisco. It was in a very convenient location. The property management company stayed in touch throughout the stay and gave clear directions. The bed was comfortable and the unit was spotless and had plenty of supplies. Checkout was simple. I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient to everything and and only steps from Main Street. Condo was as described and very clean and comfortable. Main fridge did not work and noise from the alley was sometimes noticable due to next door construction.

Great location, super cute

Loved this spot! The condo is super cute, and the location is fantastic for walking around downtown or hopping a bus. Our room was ready early, it was quiet, and parking was easy with the reserved spot!

The property was fine for the price, and overall we got what we expected in terms of the accommodations. Unfortunately, our experience with the property management company was disappointing. When we arrived, one of the screws holding the toilet seat in place was completely missing, causing the seat to move significantly whenever it was used. The TV remote also had dead batteries, and we experienced issues with the TV signal and Wi-Fi.I contacted the property management company and was sent a lengthy list of troubleshooting instructions to try, none of which resolved the problems. Their office was already closed, so no one could come to the property until the following morning. What was most frustrating was that around 11 a.m. the next day, I received a text asking how everything was going - which made it appear that the maintenance request from the previous evening had never been communicated or scheduled. We had to follow up again and stay at the property waiting for maintenance to arrive.None of the individual issues were major, and maintenance was able to address them. My concern was more about the lack of communication and responsiveness from the property management company. When you're only staying somewhere for a weekend, spending part of that time troubleshooting basic issues and waiting for maintenance is frustrating. Based on our experience, I would be hesitant to rent another property managed by this particular company.

A great Frisco studio

Our stay was very enjoyable, and the property was just as described. The unit was well equipped with all the necessary things for a couple nights in lovely Frisco. Communication was great, and the assigned parking was a handy bonus. Will stay here again!

Adequate and smaller than we expected from the pics.

Worked out all right but we had friends in the area and we wanted to have them over but there wasn’t room or even chairs to eat a supper meal together. Overall fine.

Location was great…but could use work

We really liked the location of the property being so close to the bus. But when we got to the condo we had blinds that would not work and only covered half the window for our whole stay. I was also greeted by long black hairs when going to bed :(The condo had enough amenities to let us make our own food for the week and get our clothes dry. But the fan in the bathroom along with some other features left something to be desired.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, bed is comfortable. The unit is updated and stocked with necessities. Walking distance to town. parking spot right out front. Overall our stay was good. The only bad part is the building. The building itself is old and smells like cigarettes. The hot tub was not what we expected... its basically a kiddie pool with warm water, the jets dont work. But at the price listed, its a great spot.

Wanted to love it….

Unit itself was very nice and clean but the building itself needs updating. Very dated and the fact that there were older units with smokers made it less appealing. Noise from unit above was very prominent.

Frisco stay

We didn’t have a very pleasant stay due to the people above us sounded like they were line dancing. It was so loud that we were unable to sleep. It continued late into the night and early in the morning. I almost spent the money to go to a hotel and stay because of the lack of sleep. I will be posting a negative review when I get a chance. Thanks

Frisco April Stay

Unit was clean and well appointed. Footsteps of guest staying above me were constant and loud every morning and evening (I was not in unit during the days (skiing). The guest was a very active indoor walker and drove me nuts with the contant back and forth across my ceiling. Summit .ountain Rentals were of no help. Because of this, I won't stay in the unit or Cedar Lodge again, nor will I rent from Summit .ountaim Rentals again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cedar Lodge Condos! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in the mountains. The kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in.A couple of nights were a little warm, but we found a fan in the closet that kept the room comfortable. The pillows on the bed were a bit too firm for our preference, but we were able to find a few softer pillows in the closets, which made for a much better night's sleep.The location is hard to beat. It's an easy walk to downtown Frisco with its great restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores. It also made an excellent home base for exploring Summit County and beyond; we were just a short drive from Breckenridge, Georgetown, Idaho Springs, and several other beautiful mountain towns.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We'd happily stay here again!
