This updated two-bedroom, one-bathroom, ground-floor condo sleeps four across a king bed and a queen bed. Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Ten Mile Creek, Frisco Main Street, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.

The full-size kitchen offers granite countertops, a coffee maker and coffee, and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, which seats four. The living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable, modern furnishings. Head outside to the patio to soak in the crisp mountain air and enjoy use of the private grill.

The spacious primary bedroom is located down the hall behind the living room and features a king-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, modern decor, and a rocking chair. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a Smart TV, and a dresser. The shared bathroom is tastefully updated and includes a shower/tub combination, and a bidet. For your convenience, the bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Clean but needs some upkeep
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a good location, it was quiet, the inside was mostly clean, the master bed was comfortable, and the furnishings were decent. However, there needs to be several items repaired or updated on the property. The front porch was covered in seeds and dirt and needed to be swept off. The front window screen “repair” was failing as the blue painter’s tape holding the screen in place was failing. The front storm door was partially ripped off at the bottom, which required one to be unable to leave the front door open. The bath drain was rusty. The floor pad in front of the sink and the shower curtain liner needs to be replaced or cleaned. Finally, I would suggest updating and reviewing your access instructions and make them more specific. We had trouble entering our apartment and were in a rush to get to a wedding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo for a month and it was lovely! Master bedroom is huge with a comfy bed and the queen bedroom is very cozy as well. We couldn't find the remote for the master bedroom TV but we downloaded the Fire TV remote app and that worked fine. Not a ton of storage in the kitchen for pantry items but we made it work. There were lots of utensils and cooking supplies provided. Decorated very cute and cozy, we were very comfortable! Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to get to Copper Mountain and also a very close 10 minute or so walk to town. Would recommend!

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
