Great and secure stay

Property is right in town and the garage makes it secure for our ladies to load and unload our shopping bags securely. We love this.

Absolutely Perfect

This vacation rental rental was perfect. The home was tastefully decorated, had a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. My sister-in-law and I go to the mountains every fall and will rent this place again. Even having the garage was a nice feature. Spotless and comfortable, minutes from everything.

Great Stay

Love the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable and up to date. We felt very safe in the area. It was so close to everything. We loved it and would love to stay here during our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Quick Family Getaway

This property is amazing. It was close to the parkway but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. My children enjoyed the pool. The cottage was beautiful and very clean. We will be booking again!

The house was perfect for our stay. Clean, spacious, close to everything. The rental process was as smooth and easy as anyplace we’ve ever stayed in Pigeon Forge. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

We spent Christmas at this location and it was wonderful. The Christmas decor and the overall condition of the home. Everything was great! Only downfall for me and my family it was near a cemetery, other than that it was a great location. Will stay again.

Perfect

Perfect except the Mr. Coffee didn't work but we laughed, bought coffee and had a wonderful time anyway. This was our second stay clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. We will visit again.

Family friendly

Excellent place to stay right off the strip. Fully equipped kitchen & grill. Loved that it has a garage!!! We have an infant and it rained a lot, so the garage really helped! Pool is 3-5ft so our non swimmer was able to stand up. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Place for Christmas Trip

The cottage was exactly as described and our family agrees that it’s our favorite rental and/or vacation destination in the Smokies! Location is perfect; home is nicely decorated, clean, and ideally spacious for our family of four with an infant. The management agency was prompt and easy to work with, and everything was clearly explained for check-in/check-out. We hope to be able to return next year for another stay! Thank you, Old Mill, for a wonderful Christmas memory! 🎄

More than a cottage

The property is definitely more than what u consider a cottage. It has all the amenities of a home. I recommend this highly. You're very close to everything that the town has to offer. I would definitely save this as a favorite and when I return I'll look for this property/old mill properties as our lodging. The price was very reasonable as well!

great condo location in pigeon forge

great location downtown pigeon forge. Beautifully updated, clean, and cozy with alot of privacy. Gas fireplace was lovely. full size washer and dryer and attached garage was great. It felt like our home away from home. A bit of a bummer that the master jacuzzi/whirlpool stopped working and could not enjoy (while I was not feeling well) and the garage door opener was not able to be programmed for our unit but overall...I would definitely stay again if I ever visit the area again!

Suited Needs

Near to ballpark and anything else we needed. Very comfortable. An easy chair in master would be nice. First sink in master has a serious drip. Front door handle keeps falling off. Pool very nice. A lovely little neighborhood.
