The house is lovey--charming space, great location, nice to have outdoor space and living room in back of house so there was plenty of room for us to be together and apart! Collin was very prompt and helpful in his communication and everything was easy to use in the house? Parking in the back of the house was also helpful, and on street parking seemed plentiful. Thank you!

Great visit with old friends, wonderful location. The house was very clean and the convenient parking was a huge bonus. The outdoor space was great, too.

This was a very nice rental for a small family girls weekend. The location was very nice and we were able to easily park in front of the home. I had some trouble with my code that was easily remedied with a quick text. (Type the code in and wait a few seconds for the door to unlock. Turns out I’m impatient). It was also a quick walk to King Street with dining and shops. The rooms were clean and the home was cozy. The beds were comfortable as well. My only suggestion would be additional towels. We only received a single washcloth and towel for each guest which was less than ideal (only a two night stay). I would have loved a hand towel, a wash cloth for each day and an extra bath towel. Overall a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming historic Alexandria property! The home perfectly captured the character and charm of Old Town while providing all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay.The location could not have been better. We loved being able to walk through the beautiful historic streets, explore local shops and restaurants, and experience the rich history that makes Alexandria so special. It was the perfect home base for our family while visiting the area and celebrating a special occasion together.The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they provided helpful information that made our stay seamless from arrival to departure.If you’re looking for a place that combines history, charm, convenience, and comfort, this is it. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria.

Best location ever to spill out on foot and have fun in Old Town. Great to have a parking space, too! Really comfortable for six adults.

Great location while in town for business

This worked great as a location for a coworker and I to stay while in town for business. Plenty of privacy between bedroom/bathrooms. Cute house in great Old Town location!

Great location

Very speedy communication with hosts. Location was key for our trip, and esp thankful for the parking pad at rear of property, so didn't have to worry about street parking spaces. Beds were super comfortable and place was very clean.

Location is great; 10-minute walk to the Metro; Close to Old Town Alexandria; Many places to eat. The Hosts are excellent and communication was great. Had a wonderful time; highly recommend

Excellent stay great location

House has a nice layout, and cool temp despite very hot days. Parked 2 cars in back & walked everywhere. Stocked with coffee and cream, but also a nice coffee/breakfast shop right down the street. Great value & very comfortable for our group of 5 adults.
