Lovely property inside, well appointed with all amenities and necessities and well located. Sany was very responsive to questions we had. Curb appeal could use little update but interior was spotless, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great 3 days weekend with our kids and grandkids. The 2 playgrounds at 2 min. walk are awesome for kids all ages. The area is very quiet. Perfect getaway for family with small backyard. We enjoyed the short trip to Metro and to the zoo (20 min.). Will definitely come back. Thank you for your great place.

I only stayed here one night, but I enjoyed the clean and inviting space. The host was very kind and welcoming. Checking into the home was also very easy and convenient. We also had a good amount of food options in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Host communication was great- both responsive and polite. It was easy to get around the neighborhood with several grocery options nearby and a great biscuit place around the corner. No less than three playscapes and a basketball court within walking distance. We cooked big meals while there and it worked out fine. Even enjoyed a little fire pit time on New Year's Eve. Thanks for a great stay.

Two of the upstairs bedrooms get no A/C and it is HOT. We could only survive by opening the window and it’s the first of May. I can’t imagine staying here in the hot summer. One upstairs bedroom has a window unit. The rest of the place is nice as described and the host communicates well.

Thank you for your feedback. The home does have central A/C throughout the property, and one of the upstairs bedrooms also includes an additional window A/C unit for extra comfort. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to address any concerns in real time. But during your stay, we did not receive any communication regarding temperature concerns, and we would have gladly tried to assist if notified. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The home looked exactly like the pictures, and I was VERY impressed by how clean everything was. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into maintaining the property between guests. There were plenty of towels and linens provided, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect throughout our stay.We were a group of six adults visiting for a graduation, and the location worked out really well since it was an easy drive into D.C. We had two cars and were able to find street parking without much trouble. The neighborhood was nice and convenient, with food options nearby. I highly recommend District Biscuit Company, it was just a short 5 minute walk! It was also great having Four Mile Run Park/Trail close by for morning and afternoon walks.The only small "issue" was that the bunk bed was pretty squeaky. It was sturdy, but you could hear people turning over from the next room. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area!

We stayed here while on our visit to Washington DC, and it was so convenient for visiting the city. The house was spotless with very comfortable, clean furniture throughout. The kitchen is beautiful with newer appliances. The bathrooms both had great showers with really good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was such a great relaxing place to come back to after long days in town. We appreciated the thoughtful tips and easy instructions for using the property, and Sany answered our questions quickly. We had the best trip and would definitely visit again.
