This is not a tired, worn out rental.
The villa is a large 2 br 2 bath and we have decided only to rent to two people and keep the price the same as a one bedroom. A couple can enjoy the king bed or 2 singles can have their own bed and bath without having to sleep on a typical one bedroom sofa sleeper.

There are 38 stairs to golf cart.

This is an end unit and has the largest balcony in Building 8. Enjoy sitting on balcony listening to the sounds of the ocean. We have a comfy Chaise lounge for your relaxation.

French doors open from the main bedroom and living room onto a large balcony overlooking the ocean.
You will fall asleep and wake up hearing the sounds of the sea.
We have a fully stocked kitchen, probably too much, but you never know. There is a Keurig coffee maker and we supply the pods. There's nothing like sitting out on the deck enjoying a fresh cup of coffee.

The villa is close to the pool, clubhouse, and fitness center. You don't have to get into your golf cart and drive to the beach, clubhouse, pool, and dock.

The villa is beautifully decorated. Everyone loves it.

The villa has no obstructions and looks directly onto the beach.

Hamilton Cove is a gated community with 24-hour security, a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and an exercise room with sweeping ocean views.
Golf lovers can take advantage of the 18-hole putting green, while tennis and pickelball players have access to well-maintained courts.
The beach has bbq facilities and a volleyball court, ideal for family gatherings and friendly matches. From mid-May through mid-October, you will have access to the dock.
The town of Avalon is a short 5-minute drive connecting you to all that Avalon has to offer: shopping, restaurants, bars, take in a movie at the Casino, massage, beaches, the 'Green Pier,' sea and land tours, jet skiing, parasailing, zip line, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, golf, bicycling, hiking and much more.

This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
