Perched high above Avalon, this hillside retreat looks straight out over Hamilton Cove Bay toward the Pacific, with the kind of elevation that makes every sunset feel like it was arranged just for you. Eighty-seven steps up from the street, the villa trades city bustle for quiet, breeze-cooled balconies and open water views.

Living space
Hand-scraped mahogany floors run through the open-concept living area, paired with reclaimed stone brought in from Corsica. A queen-size Restoration Hardware sofa sleeper anchors the room, ready for an extra guest or a lazy afternoon in. Multiple balconies and outdoor lounging spots let you follow the sun around the property, with views that stretch across the bay to the pool below.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a king-size Ritz Carlton mattress made up with Cariloha sheets, and the living area’s sofa sleeper adds a second sleeping option - the villa sleeps 4 across 2 beds total.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking basics are all on hand, along with wine glasses and a dining table for sit-down meals. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils (grill, charcoal, and skewers) extends things outdoors for a sunset cookout.

Bathroom
The bathroom is finished in stone and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer, plus hot water throughout.

Outdoor & extras
