Inside, the open-concept living area is finished with hand-scraped mahogany floors and reclaimed ancient stone imported from Corsica, Italy - materials that give the space a warmth and character that's hard to manufacture. Settle into the queen-size Restoration Hardware sofa sleeper for an evening of TV, board games, or simply doing nothing at all. Ceiling fans and portable fans keep the air moving, and a private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own terms.

For safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front door and patio facing the ocean, a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note there is no carbon monoxide alarm on the property.
