Come stay in our fabulous downtown loft. Original building was constructed in 1926. Loft has all the modern amenities and is in the heart of downtown Springfield. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or go out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Coded entry into the building and personal lock code to loft. Located on the first floor with designated parking spot in private lot.

Beautiful place-Everything we needed was right inside, wonderful host and communication. We will be back. Our college boys loved the ping pong table and so did we!

Chris was so accommodating and willing to take us on a short notice. The loft is gorgeous and is in such a great spot for downtown access. We loved our stay!

College Visit

Came to Springfield to do a college visit and so it was just wife and I plus our 18yo daughter. Wanted a "hip" place to stay and this was it!! Close to couple of breweries and still only few min from campus. Wish we could have stayed longer.

DT Springfield Loft

We rented a place close to the Missouri State University campus to be with our daughter for her graduation. The interior of this place is beautiful. It was great to have a full kitchen. The ping pong table and TV were used. The place was very comfortable. Our only issue was the homeless population roaming the streets outside the property, but I guess that goes with having a cool downtown loft.To be fair, we had no issues with our cars parked outside. The process set by the owner was very simple and it is secure with two locks. I’d stay there again.

Great Weekend Trip

The loft was great. Enough space for 4 friends to hang out for a weekend. Had everything we needed. It was within walking distance or all Springfield has to offer.

Great location and beautiful property

We loved this place! Plenty of room, walking distance to restaurants, bars, comedy club. The place was clean and beds were comfy. Check in was easy and we had a designated parking space. My only suggestion would be a side table next to the lower bed.That’s minor and obviously not necessary, but the one thing we missed. Next time we are in town we will gladly book this place again. Thank you for a great stay!

Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back next time we are in the area! This location was great, with many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The host was so helpful and went over the top to help us settle in for the week and make us feel at home. We loved our time, already planning on our next stay there!

Birthday party

This place was perfect! It’s even better than the pictures. I was afraid it was going to be too small for the gathering we were having but it was great! The owners were super attentive when I had questions and even let me in a little early to set up.Definitely recommend and will stay again when needed.

Downtown loft

Overall, we very much enjoyed this loft and its location in reference to downtown Springfield! We only had three adults, but there was plenty of sleep space for more. The loft was beautiful on the inside! We were just a block or two away from anywhere we wanted to go out downtown! The host was incredibly easy to contact and allowed us to check-in a bit early, which we very much appreciated!

Time to connect

Overnight stay to connect with a good friend. Loft was unique and perfect. A little trouble figuring out the outdoor code box. Chris was prompt and quickly drove over to make sure I could get it. Great host & loft. Will stay again!

Overnight stop

The neighborhood had some transient activity, but the building was secure and clean. It is close to several hangout spots. The host was gracious and communicative, everything was exactly as posted. It was perfect for an overnight stop on our road trip south.

Great down town loft

This is my second time staying here. Great loft and great host. Coffee, light snacks, and toiletries available on sight if you've forgotten anything. Walking distance from restaurants and nightlife. Our go to place to stay for a girls night out.
