This was our first stay at this home and we would most definitely stay here again. The host kept in great contact with us before, during and after our stay. The home had everything we needed to make our stay pleasurable. The pool was awesome. It was close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants and boutique type shops. Highly recommend this host and home.

Beautiful home, especially nice for those cooking on vacation, you will have all the needed items. Plenty of open space and screened porch, in addition to the pool area. A short walk to the beach, but parking is also available nearby. Grocery stores within a couple of miles. Southport is a short drive also.

We chose this place as our last minute get away and I couldn't be happier with it wished we could have stayed longer the home was Beautiful very clean kids enjoyed the pool. Very quiet and very friendly neighborhood. Overall experience was wonderful.

Five perimenopausal married women gathered for a weekend away and this house was the perfect spot.We swam, we ate, we drank and played games and made so many new memories. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked and space was plentiful — so wonderful in fact that we only left the house one time for dinner at Koko Cabana… delish!Mary was an amazing host — providing an easy, well-informed experience from booking to check-out. We will be back! P.S. The coffee set-up is impressive…5 STARS

Communication with the host was excellent from initial booking all the way through our departure. Fast response time and clear check in instructions. Thank you, Mary, we truly appreciate how seamless you made everything for us!We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was in excellent condition and matched the listing photos perfectly. Inside, everything was clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. We loved the location—it sits in a quiet neighborhood but remains conveniently close to shopping and local restaurants. The heated pool was the highlight of our trip, offering a fantastic, private spot to retreat and relax. The fire pit was fully stocked with wood, which made for a perfect evening outside. The Pier was just a short, seven-minute drive away, making it incredibly easy to head over and catch the stunning sunrise and sunset. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this home. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, but also a short drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was clean and well maintained. The amenities were wonderful, as well.

We enjoyed a wonderful spring break stay from March 29th - April 3rd. The home is exactly as described/pictured and was clean and well-organized. It is centrally located in a nice and quiet area, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream. The pool of with the disco lights was a favorite of my teen daughter. I loved lounging by the book or on the screened in porch with a book. Looking forward to our next visit to OKI and hope to stay in Mary's place again.

We brought our family to include 2 1-year olds who loved the open floor plan, toys, screened in porch and pool. We couldn’t keep the littles out of the pool or the beach. Our water babies had a blast! We loved our stay, it accommodated us amazingly. We would 100% stay here again!
