Donovan's Out of the Blue Great Value and Location!

Spacious, Gorgeous Beach House with convenient beach access and Breath Taking Views. The master bedroom has it own master bath and a private balcony which overlooks the ocean! The House has an open concept living area! The Beach access is right across the street! This house has three spacious bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. We have ample storage for anything you might possibly bring! There is also an office space, washer and dryer and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water! An elevator is also available! Come book with us, you will love it! Please check all ratings for our house! Once in awhile you get someone that just isn't happy no matter what you do to make it nice for them! Gas card with every reservation of 2 or more days!

As other reviews described- not very clean, broken items, zero supplies (one trash bag, nothing to clean counters with, one roll of TP, half roll of paper towels, lightbulbs out, etc). Best thing about property is the fenced area for the dogs. That was very convenient.

This really clean and nice property had an elevator, which meant a lot to my wife and I who are senior citizens with mobility issues. The property was very clean. Everything worked no problems whatsoever. Set one street back from the beach you could walk to the beach in just a few minutes really nice really clean really worth the cost of the stay

I cannot believe this property ever received less than five stars. Has to be the best value rental I have ever stayed at. You are steps from the ocean, can see and hear it from the front balcony. Elevator was a nice bonus for luggage and groceries. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Little fenced in yard was perfect for my daughter’s service dog. Beautiful, safe, clean property where you feel right at home…on the ocean. Unforgettable experience with my children! They even ended up (accidentally) swimming with dolphins! Thank you for sharing this home, we loved it.

June vacation

Elevator is a nice benefit as my wife has a hard time with all the stairs. Porches are great. Mattresses could be upgraded and some of the flooring was coming apart. Great location and would rent again.

The beach house offers a perfect escape with stunning ocean views, cozy accommodations, and a serene atmosphere. It was extremely clean and cozy. Ideal for a relaxing getaway by the sea.
