Our 1980s house is old but it is brand new. Tile floors thru out make this a pet-friendly getaway for LONG TERM stays. Large Back yard with trails to explore. Garage for storage makes this a perfect choice for home buyers waiting on a sale closing. Our property is quick to Homosassa or Crystal River. A peaceful dead-end street makes this a safe and quiet stay for you and your guests. Concrete block house with a conrete large porch in back for relaxing and taking it easy. Large area for Motor Homes and boats can easily be stored. Full kitchen makes this for an easy transition, making you feel at ease. Shopping markets and fruit stands within minutes. Beaches and boat ramps the same minutes away. Perfect for Manatee and SCALLOP seasons. Long Term stays recommended and WELCOMED! Pet's Stay Free Bring Your Humans. We love big dogs and little ones!

Nice place to stay.

Lots of room, quiet dead end street. Owners are very easy going and helpful. Washer and dryer was a big plus for me.

Good dog friendly property

We were in town to see & swim with the manatees on Christmas vacation. We also travel with our French bulldogs. Finding a spot that welcomes our dogs is sometimes difficult. The pups approved of this stop. Part of the back yard has been fenced. This allowed the dogs easy access from back door & the humans didn’t have to be attached to a leash. We ate out, but the kitchen looked to have anything needed to cook. The house is 5 minutes from the spring & manatees. Close to restaurants, and other attractions. We will definitely return.

This was a great place to stay

The place is very clean. The owners are amazing. They are there to help you and make your stay very comfortable. I will go back and stay. Close to everything as far as shopping, Macraes. The Shed. Seafood if you want to get seafood to eat. Very nice place to stay.

Last minute Fourth of July Weekend!

The property was in the perfect location to several boat ramps and an abundance of fun places to eat and listen to music on the water.

This is NOT a Non smoking house as listed

Upon arrival, the stench of cigarette smoke was nearly unbearable! My girlfriend has Asthma and had some difficulties breathing. I had my son and his friend with us and they were quite upset as well! The place was not very clean either. There were tiny hairs from someone shaving all over the bathroom as well as residue all over both sinks. After spraying nearly a full bottle of Clorox bleach spray, the smell went away for about 15 minutes. Luckily my brother was staying close to us and we were able to spend most of our time at his RV. This should never be listed as a "NON-SMOKING" rental! And whoever you are paying to "clean" Should be HELD ACCOUINTABLE FOR NOT DOING SO! I would have demanded our money back if we had another option to stay somewhere else. I truly dislike having to write this as we were just looking for a cozy spot to lay our heads for a couple nights!

Perfect

Everything was just as we hoped. Easy access to everything, clean, the owners were very friendly and even gave us some places to visit and good places to eat. We had a great time on our little weekend getaway! We definitely will be back!

Hosts are very nice, home is very old

I want to start by saying that the hosts, Karl and Marie, are so very nice and accommodating. I think our stay was their first listing on VRBO. The house is very old and is need of a lot of upgrades and clean up. The house was clean for the most part, just "wear and tear" on appliances. The beds were comfortable. Definitely needs blinds/curtains on the main window and sliding glass doors and the front window is missing a lock.
