Our home is on a residential street located in Vallejo, California. Vallejo is a city situated in Solano County, in the northern part of the San Francisco Bay Area. It runs through a residential neighborhood in Vallejo, offering a mix of housing options and a community-oriented atmosphere.
The neighborhood is known for its well-maintained houses and tree-lined sidewalks. The neighborhood typically consists of single-family homes, townhouses, and some apartment complexes. The houses showcase a range of architectural styles, including traditional designs and contemporary aesthetics.

- Modern appliances including refrigerator, microwave and oven toaster.
- Silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, and plates
- Cookware including pots, pans, baking pans, and cooking utensils
- Salt & pepper provided
- Folgers Coffee and Nestle Coffee-Mate Powdered Creamer
- Water Kettle, Toasters, Coffee machine

SolTrans provides bus service in Vallejo, including the Vallejo Transit Center (VTC) located between Santa Clara Street and York Street in Vallejo California. From there, you can connect to nearby Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stations. The SolTrans bus system can also take you to the San Francisco Bay Ferry, which provides access to San Francisco and other areas around the Bay.
Additionally, if you are driving, our home is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from Highway 80, which provides easy access to the entire Bay Area.
The garage door is temporarily out of service, but guests can park in our 2 car driveway.
Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.
Starting in September 2023, we hired a company that performs a monthly pest control routine to prevent ants from coming into the property.
Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 10.
Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergy.
