Our home is on a residential street located in Vallejo, California. Vallejo is a city situated in Solano County, in the northern part of the San Francisco Bay Area. It runs through a residential neighborhood in Vallejo, offering a mix of housing options and a community-oriented atmosphere.

The neighborhood is known for its well-maintained houses and tree-lined sidewalks. The neighborhood typically consists of single-family homes, townhouses, and some apartment complexes. The houses showcase a range of architectural styles, including traditional designs and contemporary aesthetics.

SolTrans provides bus service in Vallejo, including the Vallejo Transit Center (VTC) located between Santa Clara Street and York Street in Vallejo California. From there, you can connect to nearby Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stations. The SolTrans bus system can also take you to the San Francisco Bay Ferry, which provides access to San Francisco and other areas around the Bay.

Additionally, if you are driving, our home is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from Highway 80, which provides easy access to the entire Bay Area.

The garage door is temporarily out of service, but guests can park in our 2 car driveway.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:

Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Starting in September 2023, we hired a company that performs a monthly pest control routine to prevent ants from coming into the property.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 10.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergy.

Sad Stay in Vallego

I don't know where to start so I will start with driving into the property, Gargabe cans are in the middle of the driveway, and a large white junk van is parked in front of the property, with a large tow strap hanging in the tree—the same large tow strap from 2019, when the property went up for sale. You walk up to the front door, mail box is full of mail some on the ground, the front entrance was dirty and full of spider webs and dirt on the front porch. We had no problems getting into the house, plus! As we settled into the house, we found several significant issues. There were 10-15 ants in one of the beds and 20 ants on the kitchen counter. We opened the silverware drawer with a knife that was covered in peanut butter and jelly. As we walked into the master bedroom, we found the slides broken and missing several slats covering the large sliding glass door. The property was cleaned, but we found spiderwebs throughout. We also found a large amount of black long hair in both bathrooms. None of us have black hair. The property was not cleaned! I contacted the property's site manager and was able to explain the issues. I was surprised with her response. She said she would take care of the issues and wanted pictures of all of them. She asked if we could hang a sheet over the window and would have someone come out and fix the blinds. The problem was that no one ever showed up. They did send us a package on the third day of the stay and asked us to fix the blinds.

Enjoyed our stay despite some minor deficiencies.

Newly renovated but not quite ready for guests. Construction debris left in garage. Master blinds missing panels, insufficient towels and pillows for our number of guests. Badly stained couch. Very comfortable beds, Lawn overgrown, dilapidated junk van parked in front of house. Bathroom essentials a plus and kitchen well equipped.

Vallejo property

Overall the place was nice and a convenient place to stay. There were several things that needed repairs, which will hopefully be done soon. There were also some convenient items that were missing, such as hand soap, laundry detergent, and tp and pt. We had to buy these items, which I think should be part of the price you pay.

Beautiful home!

Had a wonderful stay. Great location, Beautiful house, clean, and organized. Hosts were very prompt and a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend if you get a chance, don’t pass this place up! You will not be disappointed.
