The house was perfect for us. Close enough to our kids who were staying at the beach, but far enough away to maintain some privacy for us. The hosts were great about communicating with us and I would definitely stay at that house again.

Nice home with large backyard and screened porch (a southern must-have). Beds were comfortable and the host was very pleasant to work with!

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time. Every single aspect of this stay was so pleasant and relaxing. This was the most perfect place to enjoy the company of friends and family.

Lovely and comfortable

Located in a nice neighborhood with a short walk to the beach that was not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The rooms were nicely decorated and living areas had plenty of seating. We felt at home and would stay again. Easy check-in.

Family beach week

House is in a great location short bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach .Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee ! Furnishings were well appointed and the property was clean . We will for sure stay here again .

Great rental

Great location- a short ride or walk to the beach. The home was very clean, was well supplied, and had a great layout with plenty of space for everyone. The host was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Home

We had a great week here. This community is a perfect neighborhood and the beach is awesome. We loved being able to have our dog with us and walking on the beach with him. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We would recommend this place and hope to be back again.

Peaceful Paradise

Such a great home! Short walk to the beach, very clean, and accommodating to our needs. Quick and responsive with communication and requests. Would stay here again.

Lovely Beach Get Away

Perfect location for a beach getaway! Sunrise on the beach made it perfect. Plenty of room to enjoy family and friends! Cocktails on the porch was a fan favorite! This little slice of heaven is also located close to shops and grocery store. Highly recommend!

The property was not properly cleaned and there were old stains on the furniture. There was also a strong smell from a scented deodorizer that was sprayed in the home that was not pleasant and was overpowering. The AC unit broke mid week but fixed fairly quickly.

Wonderful North Litchfield Rental!

We had a lovely time at Katie’s rental. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable, with all of the amenities our family needed. Katie was an excellent host, and send a bunch of helpful information. We loved this house!

Hidden Gem

Awesome home with a comfortable, clean and cozy atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay with the relaxing view out back overlooking the pond. Our German Shepherd, Draco, especially enjoyed watching the Comorants, Egrets and Blue Herons hanging around the pond. Only a short walk from the beach allowed us multiple strolls every day, morning and evening. A very dog friendly neighborhood and beach. The food in the area is wonderful, but the kitchen has plenty of equipment if you want to cook. We look forward to returning next year to enjoy more time in this home.

Cozy and awesome

What can I say this place is Awesome. Very clean,very cozy and had everything you need and plenty more. My family and I were there for 8 days, I have rented for over 8 years and nothing compares to this place. Perfect location, close to everything. The host well what can I say she responded back within minutes if you had questions like I did, I did not know how to use Air Conditioner she walked me through it, the The Host is top notch and for anyone wanting a great cozy place look no further this place is the Best. I and my family will be back

This was our second stay at Queen’s Cottage and hoping for many more! Great location with very nice backyard! Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. And always great to bring the pups along. Plenty of room for our growing family and a couple friends. Easy check in, great communication from Katie, and super clean! We loved it and will be booking again next summer…if not sooner!
