Enter the apartment and on the right, is completely renovated kitchen with granite countertop & backsplash. All the kitchen appliances are brand new. Bosch top of the line slim refrigerator, slide in Bosch gas range, above the gas range is Bosch microwave, brand new Hanssem cabinets, Bosch dishwasher, deep and wide kitchen sink, filtered water from the bar faucet and kitchen cabinets stocked with pot, pans, dishes etc. for your use. Toaster, Blender and Keurig V700 Brewing System with pods are available to enjoy during your stay.
Walk pass the kitchen and you will be in the living room. To your left is the entrance to the bedroom and the bathroom. The living room and the bedroom has Mirage hardwood flooring. There is a 65” LED TV in the living room and 42” LED TV in the bedroom. The apartment has high speed internet with WIFI. No Regular Cable TV.
The building has 24 hour doormen. The building staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They will make a difference during your stay and help with any questions or help you may need. The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is surrounded by major hotels like Waldorf Astoria, The Roger Smith Hotel, The Lexington New York City, Hyatt 48 Lex, New York Marriott East Side & Inter Continental New York Barclay. You can walk to lot of places like the Restaurants, super market, drug store, subway, grand central terminal, empire state building, Rockefeller center, UN building and much more which makes the location very convenient to explore the NYC. All different kind of dining options are in walking distance.

Top priority is to make sure our guest have a comfortable stay, and at the same time want to make sure we don’t run into any trouble with the law or have any kind of misunderstanding with anyone looking to book there stay with us. Highly recommend!

Convenient location, clean and spacious apartment with everything you need, and the friendliest, most helpful doorman and concierge in all of Manhattan. Malini was also very easy to reach with any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location. Clean,comfortable and no surprises. Malini was extremely helpful,responsive and accommodative.We brought my wife's sister to celebrate her birthday and she loved the Apartment.In fact before we left we booked again for next fall.We spend at least one week annually in Manhattan almost always renting a VRBO and this was.everything considered our favorite place.Highly recommend this property.

WOW!!

What can I say firstly Malini is an amazing host, so helpful with everything....she made our stay in NYC the most confortable one! Secondly the apartment is beautiful very homely and welcoming and is also very well situated in the City: 2 min walk to the subway, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants etc, We were very touched at the bottles of water in the fridge that were waiting for us when we got there... they lasted the whole 7 days we were there, also tea and coffee as much as you wanted and I loved it! What you see in the pictures is exactly what the apartment is like very clean, modern and everything you need is in there. I will definitely stay here again and I will be recommending this to all my friends and family, that's for sure! Thank You Malini to made us feel at home in your amazing city!! Barbara and family

Great Apartment in a Perfect Location

This apartment is perfectly located for a holiday in NYC. It is close to a number of subway stations, but centrally located so that you can walk almost everywhere, which we did! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Checking in and out were easy and the doormen were always helpful when needed. There are two supermarkets close by - one on 2nd Avenue between 48th and 49th Streets and another (The Amish Market) on 45th St btwn 2nd Ave & 3rd Ave. The supermarkets sell beer, and there is a wine and spirit shop on Lexington between 47th and 48th Streets. There is also a Farmers Market held in Summer on Wednesday mornings on the corner of 2nd Ave and 47th Streets, which has a good selection of fruit, veg, baked goods, meat, honey, etc. The fresh food market at Central Station is interesting, but very expensive. Across the road on 48th Street is The Sea Fire Grill. We didn't have a meal there, but had a drink and freshly shucked oysters during the weeknight happy hour and I highly recommend it for this. I cooked in the apartment every night and it is well set up for that, with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

No need to look anywhere else - you'll love this NYC apartment

My husband and I recently stayed in this wonderful apartment. It was our first trip to NYC and our "home away from home" did not disappoint. The apartment was exactly as advertised, the pictures definitely did not lie! It is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, right down to the basic amenities like laundry and dish soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea and water. Considering the location, it is surprisingly quiet with a comfy bed so you can get a good night's sleep after sight-seeing all day. The kitchen is amazingly compact, functioning very well for any meals you want to prepare. You can easily walk to buy groceries; the store we went to was a 10 minute walk. When you don't feel like cooking, you will find everything from fine steakhouses to delicious pizza right in the neighbourhood. The location of the suite is perfect. A 5 minute walk in one directions gets you to Grand Central Station and a walk in the other direction gets you to a couple of different subway stations in about the same time. We purchased a 7-day transit pass, it's really convenient and was all we needed to get everywhere we wanted to go. Not only did we explore the neighbourhoods and tourist "must sees" in Manhattan, we also went to Coney Island, Harlem for amateur night at the Apollo (best talent show ever) and Brooklyn for a Yankees Game. The 911 memorial and museum is a peaceful, respectfully bittersweet tribute that must not be missed. The staff on the door of the building are informative, helpful, friendly (as we found everyone in NYC to be) and available 24/7. Malini was extremely easy to deal with. She responded quickly to any queries we had and provided helpful suggestions when asked. There wasn't anything about our stay that we didn't enjoy and we can't wait to go back. When we do return, we will be sure to stay in Malini's suite because there is no need to look anywhere else!

Great stay!

Super experience. The apartment, doormen, location were amazing and Nilesh were very responsive to anything needed. The apartment is on high floor, quiet and very comfortable. Love to come back!

Wonderful stay in NYC.

Truly lovely apartment. Spacious rooms perfect for 2 to 3 guests. Great kitchen with excellent appliances and cooking utensils. Plenty of storage. Very clean. The owner is very attentive. Fabulous location, we walked everywhere but subway also handy for times we didn’t want to walk. Many restaurants about. The doormen are fantastic super friendly many thanks to all of them. We stayed here for just under a month, perfect home in NYC. We loved every second of our wonderful stay. Thank you so much Nilesh.

Excellent stay in a great location.

A contemporary one bedroom spacious apartment in a prime location. The apartment is very clean, comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all one needs. The host is available and responsive. Restaurants and supermarket are close by. Rockefeller Center and Broadway theaters are walking distance. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly return in the future.

Favorite NYC accommodation, yet!

Excellent stay in the heart of NYC

Modern clean spacious apartment equipped with all the conveniences of home. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Very convenient location not far from Time Square, Rockefeller Center and Fifth avenue. Kitchen well equipped. Supermarket and liquor store close by. Host always promptly available. This was our second stay in this apartment and we loved it.

Fantastic place to spend a month in the City

This apartment is perfect in every way: clean, bright, modern, warm, quiet, in a great location and in a well-run building. We enjoyed every day of our November stay and would definitely hope to return. The apartment is modern, with top-notch appliances. It is "impersonal" like an executive apartment and not filled with someone's personal items. The building staff are pleasant and professional; with two people in the lobby 24/7 to welcome us or wish us well as we went out. It is clean and attractive. The location couldn't be better: close to Grand Central Station or buses in every direction, and walkable to most of Mid-Town. We highly recommend the building and this particular unit. It makes for a most enjoyable Manhattan month. Thank you, Nilesh!

Everything was perfect

I loved the flat, it´s the second time we´ve rented it and everything in it was perfect: its location, the way it is fully equipped, Nilesh , the owner who is always available,.... Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

My apartment is located in the heart of Midtown East. It is surrounded by hotels like The Lexington, Hyatt 48 Lex, Marriott, Inter Continental & Waldrof Astoria. All this hotels are just steps away from my building entrance. Shopping, Restaurants, Fine Dining, Fast foods, Grocery Store, Drug Store, Liquor Store, New York Sports Club, Athletic Manhattan Club are few steps to two block radius. Sightseeing landmarks like the UN building, Rockefeller Center, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Grand Central Terminal are about 15 minutes walking distance. New York Hop on Hop off tour buses stop is few steps away from the building entrance. (Waldrof Astoria Hotel 49th street stop.)

My apartment is on the 28th floor with a balcony where my guest gets the opportunity to enjoy their morning coffee (weather permitting). I have set up the apartment in such a way that my guest will have a very convenient and pleasurable stay.
