This nice property features a one-bedroom and a cozy living room with a queen-size sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. With amenities like two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, Backyard dining, workspace, Wi-Fi, AC, and a bonus of a private dining backyard. We also have accommodations of a playpen and a highchair for your toddlers. Guests can feel right at home during their stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Comfortable for a 2-4 person stay or a small family.

Just 20 minutes from Times Square to watch the New Year's Eve ball drop, Rockefeller Center for tree lighting, the Thanksgiving Macy's Day Parade, the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Show, Heart of Broadway Theatres, amazing restaurants, and so much more. I will 100% return to this property. So cozy and cute inside. Quiet. Neighborhood is quiet. Two minute walk to subway and lots of great food nearby. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. To top it off the host is wonderful. I needed to speak to her and we ended up talking for a couple minutes. She’s bubbly and kind. Very happy with my stay.

We loved our stay at this fabulous apartment. We received thorough check in information and the place was as we were expecting. Clean, full of basic amenities and in a great location to the Subway. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment is a delight! It is perfectly situated near subway stops as well as neighborhood points of interest. This apartment is elegantly appointed and cozy and safe. Everything truly exceeded expectations. Every need is provided for. The outdoor space is a special treat to be able to sit under the trees and shade and enjoy the outside. Everything about this property exceeds expectation!

The apartment was super clean and the host provided little things like toiletries, basic cooking supplies, etc! The location was very convenient being a quick walk to the subway. I would stay here again!

This place cannot be beat for the price and convenience. Subway just around the corner. Beautiful and quite spacious outdoor area. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at a clean and well maintained location. The host was gracious enough to provide such extras as coffee and toiletries if one needed such things. We had an excellent stay and look forward to a return in the future.

Great place, the pictures dont give it justice. The subway is so conveniently located and there is a nice grocery store nearby, we went to a Thai restaurant and an Italian restaurant in the neighborhoods and they were both great

The location was great - just minutes from the Subway. The place itself was amazing, and the little extras provided by the owner were a nice touch. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have used the patio. Very pleasantly surprised by this place.

A great apartment for investigating the Lower Manhattan area. It was lovely and clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The furniture, decor and appliances were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen whilst small had everything we needed. The supplied tea/coffee machine was great. Ideal for buses and the subway to get around New York. We would definitely recommend. Thank you! X

I stayed here for the week of my daughter's graduation because of the many events she had on campus. The apartment was the perfect size for me. It was very clean and well maintained. I very much enjoyed the ability to prepare a quick breakfast in the am and I enjoyed the back patio. Any amenity you can think of the host had it. It was a 3 minute walk to the A,B,C,D subway that was convenient to mid-Manhattan. The 1 train was about a 10 minute walk or an easy transfer from the A train on 59th. A grocery store was about a 5-minute walk the opposite way. The host was very attentive to my questions. I would love to stay here again and now know why it is so popular.

The host was very responsive to questions and the amenties were great! Everything was clean and up to date. The bedroom was "drafty" and a little cd, but there was access to plenty of extra blankets so no problems there! Easy walk to multiple MTA locations. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to come back to at the end of a busy day in the city. The amenities were wonderful. Everything was so clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to unpack and have space for our luggage. Didn’t feel cramped at all. Highly recommend!
