This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Reservations will be terminated before the designated date if the property is used for parties, other large gatherings, or any activities that violate rules and guidelines.

Management and the owners will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to the guests. I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my safety and that of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities, including the swimming pool.

The minimum rental age is 25 years old.

Credit card & ID must match the name on the reservation or accompanying guest to check-in. Hyde will hold an authorization of $110 per night to cover incidentals. Security Deposit will be released immediately upon checkout and may take 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank.

We pre-authorize a $1000 security deposit on your method of payment, which will be released within 3 business days after checkout. This is not a hard charge, and your credit card will not be charged if no issues are found after checkout.

As per the City of Hollywood, Chapter 100 Noise Ordinance Rules are strictly enforced. No parties or gatherings are allowed inside the units. No after-hour noise will be tolerated.

The penalty for smoking inside the apartment is $300.
