We had a great experience lots of bed and rooms. We only had 5 guys on a NFL trip. Plenty of space and bathrooms for us 5.

Everything was great: communication, location, ammenities. Especially enjoyed the fresh apples off the tree in the back yard.

Friends getaway

This property was great, the driveway is narrow but can fit about 5-6 cars if needed and the use of all apartments was fantastic for our group size.

This is the cutest house! There was so much to do inside the house: a piano, an accordion, space to explore. We were a large group and it worked well for us. There were separate spaces. The kitchens are well stocked, so are the bathrooms. The stairs are steep, for those that have mobility issues. We had some "older" adults with us and the first floor worked well for them. There was plenty of street parking, if the driveway isn't enough. The location was close to the water and other areas in Buffalo. There is a walkable custard stand too. The house was very clean, especially for a large house. We had a fun stay.

Great for larger groups

We had a reunion get together and it worked great for us. We had 10 people in our group and it accommodated us easily. The host provided timely responses and great directions. Partly attention to Buffalo Parking ordinances especially on Thursdays and Fridays! Thank you for a great stay

We had family Thanksgiving there. Plenty of room for grandparents, parents and kids. Everything was in working order, sufficient dishes and cookware to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. The beds were comfortable. We all said we would definitely be happy to stay there again.Some confusion in the listing. Instructions stated entry in rear of house but actually was front so trouble with entry code until determined at incorrect door. Listing said parking in driveway but was changed to only on street parking. Signs in home also still state laundry available but is not. That wasn’t an issue.

A beautifully decorated and comfortable house for 9 of us to have gathered to celebrate our 50th college reunion. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for 9 people to shower, plenty of space and beautiful furnishings. The property manager responded promptly to all our questions. Accessing the property via the codes and instructions for the smart locks was extremely challenging and it took us well over 2 hours(many new codes, many phone calls, texts and videos to manager and we finally got in for an early check in, 3 hours later. The good news was that the 25 early check in fee was refunded back. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property.

Thank you for spending such a meaningful weekend at our place. A 50th reunion is no small thing and it means a lot that you trusted our home for it. I am glad to hear the house handled nine people comfortably and that everyone had enough space and hot water to go around. I also appreciate you sticking with us through the lock trouble at check in. That was not the smooth start we wanted for you, and I am grateful for your patience while we worked through it. Happy we were able to refund the early check in fee once everything was sorted. Would love to welcome you back again in the future and make that arrival experience a whole lot easier the next time around.
