The Cove C202 - Budget Friendly!

Welcome to The Cove C202 located just off West Beach in Gulf Shores. The Cove sits in between the Gulf of Mexico and the Little Lagoon, complete with a boat launch and fishing pier. It’s a short walk to the sugary sand of the Gulf!
This adorable condo features two bedrooms, and two baths (sleeps 6) with granite counter tops in the kitchen, laminate flooring, and updated vanities in the bathroom. The condo offers a great view of the pool and lagoon.
The master bedroom has 1 king bed. There is a full bath on the main level, as well as a washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa. There is a flat screen TV in the master bedroom and in the living room.
The 2nd floor has a bedroom with a full bathroom. The bedroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. Perfect for small children!
The condo has a spiral staircase that leads to the 2nd bedroom. Those with mobility issues may find navigating the stairs challenging. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building. There are no elevators.
You’ll enjoy the convenient location of The Cove with the very popular Pier 33 grocery and coffee shop right next door! Walking distance to The Hangout, public beach, shopping and dining.
Pest control sprays the 4th Friday every month. Access to the condo must be permitted or a fine of $100 is levied.
Rental Agreement to be signed with 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $250 required.

Everything about the condo was as listed. Enjoyed the outdoor pool. Grocery store and coffee shop just a minute away was a great amenity. Communication with Renee was always available and she was quick with a response.

Very nice. I would rent this property again. The only inconvenience would be the space to park for larger vehicles but the guest parking is also very convenient

Communication was great. It was a little small for 4 kids. But if you have just a couple of kids it is great. Pool is right there and good sized. About a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Renee is wonderful!

Easy to find and check in. Very convenient location! Complex was reasonably quiet. Pool was well kept and nice. Renee was a pleasure to work with.

Renee was such a good host! this was the first time I have been to a beach in over 10 years. The budget friendly price allowed me the chance to take my daughter and her friend. the few things I had to reach out to her about were addressed quickly and she checked in with me throughout our stay. I will definitely consider staying here or another one of her properties down the road.

Very clean! About a half mile to the beach. Took maybe 7 or 8 minutes to walk there. Me and my husband took our 3 children with no problems whatsoever. Such a great trip, great place to stay, and excellent hostess

This spot was great! Quick walk to the beach with my 3 children. Right next door to a convenience store. Check in and check out were super easy, the place was clean, AC worked great. Would stay here again 100%!

Great First Trip

This was our first time to Gulf Shores. I was traveling with my teen daughter and her friend. This location was safe and I never worried about a thing. Location was perfect and the pool was a great addition. I would book this again!

The Cove202 was a fine place for us (2 adults, 3 children) to rally after a day of beaches and seeing what gulf shores has to offer. We could ferry over to Dauphin Island for the day and walk to the beach everyday after dinner.I loved that beach life felt so accessible from our little hub, and that the pool awaited us, upon our return. We found ourselves equipped with skim boards and beach chairs, if needed. The environment was overall quiet and family friendly, “friendly” being the main experience around the pool and as we engaged with other vacationing neighbors, leaving and returning.The rep for COVE202 was incredibly responsive, offering to go above and beyond for the smallest thing. The spiral staircase, as in any VRBO, is challenging for the skinniest and most athletic among us. That said, COVE202 was clean when we arrived and well adapted as a family vacation hub.Notes: Parking was adequate, and air conditioning was good.

Good Times!

My wife and I wanted to get away for a couple of days by ourselves! The Cove was the perfect place. Clean, neat and tidy and close to the beach. The owner Renee was super sweet and wished us safe travels and checked in on us as well!

Enjoyed our stay!!

We loved this little condo!! It was very clean and in a great location since we mostly go to the little lagoon! Our neighbors were so sweet and the pool was never really packed out like most condos. Plus communication with the owner was not a problem either, we had a response back with any questions or concerns we had!! Definitely a place to check out!!

Perfect condo. Quiet, clean, convenient

The condo was extremely clean and was just as described. Owner was fast to respond to all if my questions. It was only a short walk to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed staying there and will stay again in the future.

Cute getaway!

Besides a little sand in the showers it was very clean! Renee was very prompt to taking care of a clogged drain. The condo is very close to the beach and also walking distance to a coffee shop and convenience store. Would definitely stay again! It was the perfect place to rest after a long day at the beach!

Great place in Gulf Shores

This was a really nice place in the heart of Gulf Shores, across the street from the beach and convenient to everything else. There's a quiet walking path right out the door that runs near the lagoon. Comfortable bed, kitchen with everything, washer/dryer and very good WiFi. I didn't need the upstairs but the extra level and extra beds/bath would be perfect for a family. For the couple of small problems that arose during my lengthy stay, the owner was very responsive and they were quickly resolved.
