Easy check-in. Clean and comfortable residence. Super quiet neighborhood. Host communication was awesome from our initial inquiry, and we were provided with lots of info about the area for dining and activities. Thanks Matt for your great hospitality!!

The host was very responsive and polite. They house was easy to find, great location. The house was cozy and clean, with a beautiful fenced yard. Overall great stay for a family with kids.

We loved this house and the location! The house was as exactly as described and clean. There kitchen was nice and stocked with a lot of essentials. The bathrooms even had essentials I case you forgot something. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to a grocery store and the bridge to Atlantic Beach! Great stay!

Quiet location, comfortable house. Plenty of activities for anyone in the family. Well stocked kitchen granddaughters loved the nightlight in the bedroom.

What a wonderful house for a quiet vacation. It was a perfect home base to have breakfast and get ready to spend the day at the beach, going to the aquarium and Ft. Macon, or catching a ferry to Shackleford Island and Cape Lookout. Afternoon naps and homemade dinners or evenings at a local brewery or restaurant make this home an easy place to rest and enjoy your time in the area of Morehead City.

Hard to imagine it's been almost a year since you visited. The pictures you shared are so sweet. We found a new little place to eat by the beach. If you come back again, be certain to ask about it! You literally have your feet in the sand while you have a yummy lunch. There's even a little playground for the kids. Such fun!

Amazing!

We loved our stay! The house was so cozy and they even gave us personalized gifts, including a tshirt for my son. The house is beautiful and very well maintained as well as centrally located. We will be staying again in the future for as long as it’s listed!

The location was great, house was clean and cozy, the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Amazing Stay!

This place is truly amazing! They have everything you could need to make a stay (especially with kiddos) as fun and easy as possible. Our boys loved the outdoor games, board games and pirate hunt! Proximity to Fort Macon, beaches, Aquarium and Beaufort was great. We were even able to see a few fireworks through the trees from the front porch! We would absolutely recommend this place to others and come stay again ourselves!

Late season getaway

We had such a great stay for our end of the season vacation! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Lots of nearby restaurants and activities and just a quick drive to the beach.

Perfect Cozy Home

This property was perfect for my young family. The house is conveniently located to everything, yet in a quiet community. The owners make you feel very welcomed every step of the way and have thought of everything you could need for those of any age!

Short Stay - Great Experience

This is an older cottage that has been wonderfully updated. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and in easy travel to the center of Morehead and on to Beaufort. A large food store is just a couple of blocks away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the considerations provided by host Matt.

Friends Beach Vacation

Turtle Tuck was the perfect house for our vacation! The house was very clean and in a great location. You can tell a lot of time and effort has been put into this home. The small details that Matt has added makes this house feel like home!

This place was perfect for my family of 5. The host was very responsive and provided a lot of detailed information about the area, check in/ check out procedures and house rules. I didn't have to think or wonder one bit which was great! The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The beds were comfy! There were lots of books to read and games to play. The location was just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches, but not on the main roads so you can relax as the kids play out in the yard. It was like a home away from home. I would be happy to stay here again in the future!
