The living room is warm and welcoming, with tall windows framing the forest and a gas fireplace creating a natural gathering place after a day outside. Settle in for a quiet evening, catch up over a favorite movie, or enjoy the slower pace that comes with time in Sunriver.
The fully stocked kitchen makes vacation meals simple, from leisurely breakfasts to easy dinners after a full day of biking, hiking, or exploring. The adjacent dining area keeps everyone connected, with plenty of room to gather around the table and linger a little longer.
The sleeping arrangements offer a comfortable mix of privacy and flexibility. On the main level, Bedroom One has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. Downstairs, Bedroom Two has a queen bed, while Bedroom Three has a pyramid bunk with a twin-over-full bed plus a futon, making it a natural fit for children or additional guests. A second full bathroom downstairs includes a shower-over-tub.
Outside, the private hot tub offers a peaceful place to unwind beneath the trees, while the gas BBQ makes casual outdoor meals easy. A high chair and Pack-n-Play add convenience for families traveling with younger children.
The included bikes make it easy to explore Sunriver’s paved pathways, and nearby Fort Rock Park, playgrounds, and ball fields keep family-friendly recreation close at hand. Great Boise location and lovely home. Game room upstairs is fun and leaves garage available to pull car into. A little short for pickups. Bike route from the location leads to option of several bike paths and local parks and you can even ride to the Greenbelt which goes many miles through Boise and Eagle and out to Star.

This house was exactly as we expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, but did enjoy using the bikes.

Difficulty with the height of the beds as I have some physical disabilities. Needed to use a stepping stool and even then it was tricky.

Comfortable home, well equipped with all kitchen necessities. Hot tub was so relaxing. Bikes were great to use. Beds were comfortable. Communication was easy. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Adventure Getaway
We enjoyed staying at 2 Beech Ln in Sunriver! It was the perfect house to accommodate my partner and I and two of our best friends as we hiked South Sister and explored Bend. I would definitely consider staying here again and bringing more friends! There was plenty of room!

House was good worth the money
Refrigerator outdated no ice or water dispenser outdoor furniture was trash in front needs to be replaced and thrown out location and price were good

A week at the Beech
The house was pleasant enough, but the devils are in the details of course.
- when we arrived there was a leak under the kitchen sink, and maintenance came immediately to fix it. Thank you.
- you should absolutely install a vertical grab bar on the back wall of the master bath. We are 2 very athletic and active seniors and is dangerous getting in and out of tub 20" high.
- All the nightstand lighting is too dim to read in bed with, and the downstairs bedroom nightstands and lamps are way too low.
- Cooking on the induction stove top was a good learning, and the quality of pots and pans was very good.
- All in all we enjoyed the house...thank you

Overall the place was okIt’s pretty dated and has a stuffy damp smell. I’d say the worse part of our stay and ruined the feeling of cleanliness and safe to use towels and bedding was Saturday morning grabbing a towel off the towel rack to dry off after taking a shower and the towel was BLOOD stained!!! It was in multiple places and zero chance the person folding the towel couldn’t see it! It was absolutely disgusting and terrifying. I notified the property management, he was very apologetic and did allow us to come grab 4 towels from him at the office that was a good 15 minute drive from the house and gave us a 50 giftcard to sunriver brewing. Which was nice but didn’t really makes us feel better. We all felt really disgusted and we left early early the next morning without showeringThe pictures I have attached DO NOT do justice to how bad it really was!
