This is a perfect cozy cabin in the woods. With a classic river rock, wood burning fireplace, and open floor plan on the main level, this 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, a perfect getaway for your Sunriver vacation. Centrally located between the playground, picnic area and ball-fields at Fort Rock Park. 11 East Butte is nestled among the trees at the end of the street, providing peace and tranquility with the convenience of location!

Upon entry, the home flows seamlessly between the dining area with seating for 6, comfortable living room with fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD player, and into the well-stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4. Step out from the dining area onto the deck with patio seating, a gas BBQ, and private hot tub so you can soak under the stars.

On the main level you will find an ensuite King bedroom and full bathroom. Head upstairs to find 2 comfortable guests bedrooms-one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 Twin beds and the second full bathroom.

Ready to explore Sunriver? Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2 adult cruiser bikes or 1 mountain bike provided with this vacation rental. Back at the house you might enjoy a game of ping-pong on the table in the garage, follow it with dinner on the back deck, then snuggle up next to the fire to watch a movie-be sure to check out the extensive DVD library at the Bennington Properties office.

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 10 East Butte Lane and 21 East Butte home and have room for the whole family.

Summer Family Stay

The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, even included an Instant Pot. Could do with more mugs for tea & coffee. There are NO supplies in the kitchen not even salt, pepper or oil. So you need to plan to bring everything with you. There are 3 adult bikes with the home which you can use. Bring a helmet & locks with you. There was also some small kids bikes (we didn't use them our kids are teenagers) but you might want to check with owners if you can. The ping pong in the detached garage was fun. The main door of the garage does not open, so you need to take the bikes out a side door. The hot tub was clean & nice after a long hike. The table outside does not have an umbrella so there is no shade. There are basic plastic chairs to sit on outside, so not v comfortable which is a shame as we wanted to be outside. There are also two plastic chairs on the front porch - would be lovely to have a more comfortable chairs to relax & enjoy your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine outside. There are TVs in all the bedrooms & main living area. But they are old - so no access to Netflix etc so you can't sit & watch a family movie in the evening. They have basic cable only. There are no SHARC passes but the property management told me they would reimburse a % of the cost for entry. ($30/person). Overall the house was spacious & clean. Location was good, no train noise. Just wish the outdoor space was more comfortable.

Short stay

The check in time is 5 PM and the check out time 10 AM. It makes a pretty short stay and a pretty expensive stay by the time the taxes and fees are added on. The hot tub was not in a state that we felt comfortable getting in. We ran it through a clean cycle but still cloudy very cloudy. Over all we really like the place but we were surely hurried to check in and out both and wouldn't chance the hot tub. It is soo close to being a great place but for 400 dollars a night I thought it could have been a little better. An hour each way on check in and a clean hot tub would make it great.

Ski get away

Unit was incredibly clean. Kitchen was well organized and clutter free. Not a lot of extra supplies so be sure to bring your own - including coffee filters. Didn't have a chance to use the fireplace, but looked inviting. Property could use some updating, but it was perfectly fine for what we needed, a place to sleep and cook some simple meals.

Even Better Than the Pictures!

The pictures don’t do this cozy home justice. It was just perfect for my family of 8. We never felt crowded, but it wasn’t so spacious that we felt too separated. The kitchen opens up into the living room so I never felt removed from anything while I was meal prepping. Everything was so clean and so comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

Great place!

We had a great time at this property. The hot tub was a little finicky and was under chlorinated but other than that it was comfortable. Bring your own wood with kindling!

Beautiful home in a great location. But the home does Not have AC and in the summer in Sunriver it’s a must. Home was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep at night in due to no AC. Also one of the adult bikes had a popped tire,

Nice Cabin in Sunriver

Cabin was very clean and comfortable about a mile and a half from the grocery store. Had a couple of bikes to enjoy the Sunriver trails. Nice hot tub. Easy check in. Would stay there again. Thanks!

Lovely place

This was a wonderful cabin. My only problem was we didn't get entry code before we arrived at around 5:30 p.m. I texted the property manager and we went to dinner. During dinner we were texted the code. We were able to finally get in at 8 p.m. we were all a little panicky.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Property was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We stayed one night on a long road trip to Idaho. It was the perfect rest stop for us. The house was great and the area has everything you need.

Cozy cabin get-a-way

A short 3 night trip to Sunriver with 4 adults. The cabin is in a great location just off Beaver Dr. with a nice new hot tub on the deck and enough privacy to enjoy the outdoor space. My adult daughter has a hammock and the tree in the deck/patio along with a well placed nearby tree worked perfectly. We enjoyed deer from our cabin windows on our second day. The Beaver bike path and dog path close by. Our weather was cool for early July vs our trip last year--we enjoyed the reading nooks and the puzzle in the closet. All the beds were comfortable.The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes--though is for light cooking as the electric stove and pans are on the older side as are the couple of bikes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our group!! We had so much fun! It is so nice to have the fireplace, furnished kitchen, hot tub and all other great amentities of this rental. This is our groups' 2nd time at this particular house and definitely won't be the last! They even let us check in an hour early! Thank you!!
