Parker Keys Waterfront Home with 50’ private dock, pool table and BBQ

Thank you for the feedback. The AC information is provided in my house rules on the listing. Most houses in the Keys have the same policy to prevent AC freezing. I always let my renters know to message, text or call any time with questions or issues. My cleaners provide the same amount of supplies in many other houses in the community, but had I known you needed extra, I could have provided more toilet paper and trash bags for you. I use the house myself and have always brought my own water and ice to drink on the boat and in the house. The Keys has wildlife that can rummage through garbage nightly around the garages and docks, which is why most people don't keep trash bins outside. Thanks again for staying.
