We stayed here for Family Week, and it was such a great space. The 3 floors gave everyone some privacy, lots of great options for configuring sleeping arrangements. The unit has so much natural light - AND (super helpful when you have little kids) there are shades in all the rooms. The deck space was great for dining and hanging out. Our 6th time renting in Ptown, and this was by far our favorite space. Mini splits worked really well so we were able to keep the temperature at our comfort level. Washer and dryer were a huge help.

Location was great. Parking available for 2 cars. Bedrooms were nice with AC in each room. Kitchen area and living area were clean and comfortable. And 2 and a half bathrooms. Can't say anything bad about this place. Excellent! Thank you!

We loved our week in Ptown! The photos didn't do the place justice. So much space. Well laid out. 2.5 bathrooms was a luxury. The back deck wonderful especially in the mornings. Very clean. Lots of supplies like beach chairs, cooler, etc. Two parking spaces and even a third for a bit when we inquired. Great location just 5 minutes to the center of town.Two thumbs up. Five stars. I plan to stay there again next year.

Great spot right near town

I’ve been coming to Ptown for 4 years now and this has been one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed in. Location is perfect right near the center of town and the interior is well decorated and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay in again.

This is our third year at the property, and so obviously are happy, loyal guests :). It’s nice to see the owners are keeping the unit up and have made some nice YoY improvements and upkeep to ensure the place stays in top top shape. Two things I continue to really appreciate (tiny things) is the amazing a/c system (vital in the summer!) in the first and 2nd floor, great wifi and usbc and std outlet ports everywhere. Great outdoor BBQ too. Little details, but appreciated!

Highly recommend

The perfect spot for our stay in Ptown. Off the beaten path, yet so close to everything. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Will stay there again!

Beautiful house near Commercial Street

Great space. Very private and so nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. Also super handy to have the laundry room so we can go home with clean clothes. Very private house but close to all the fun of Commercial Street.

Amazing!

We stayed for a week but could have happily stayed for a month. The townhouse was great. It was spacious and nicely decorated, and the outside deck was a bonus. The property manager was very helpful in answering questions leading up to and during our trip. I highly recommend it and will book again.

Beautiful and relaxing

Great space! So cozy! We spent time on the sunny deck. We enjoyed time in front of the fire cuddled up in soft blankets! We enjoyed a few meals and did not lack anything we needed as far as pans, utensils, spices, etc We walked everywhere very easily! Can’t wait to come back!!

Lovely Oasis close to the fun!

Lovely three floor, sun drenched gem a 7 minute walk from the pier. Removed enough that it was quiet and peaceful at night, but you were 5 mins from the heart of commercial street. Easy enough to take advantage of the local stop and shop and grill on the lovely third floor porch. The extra bedrooms and restrooms are a huge plus. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!!

Perfect stay

Pictures are exactly what you get, a very clean and fully stocked spacious home with so many amenities and tons of space in an amazing location just a 5 minute walk to the main area. The outdoor space is amazing and all the beach chairs and umbrellas and towels you need. So many appliances and utensils…. Just bring yourselves and have the best time! Thank you!

Quiet location, but also near the center of town

Condo has tons of space for a 2 bdr. The upper level has so much natural lights and surrounding trees, it’s like you’re in a tree house. The Sonos speakers, smart tv, and well maintained outdoor grill were also appreciated. Kitchen was fully stocked… no blender, but did have a small processor which was more than fine. Walls were a little thin, and you do share one with the adjacent unit. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but might be if you’re sensitive sleeper or like either party is having a party. Really overall though, fantastic place to unwind and enjoy Ptown, just a 5 min walk away. Passing the CVS each time was a plus too :)

Confusing 3-Story Layout

First, the house had a standout location. However, the layout was confusing. The top floor is good has a kitchen (no dishwasher), half bath and deck (the tree outside deck needs trimming as it blocks the sun). The second floor has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. However, the 2nd bedroom leads to an additional porch AND the lower level where the second bathroom, media room and laundry room are. This lower level also connects to a different unit.

Our stay was great! Brian was very responsive and helpful. The place is centrally located but off a quieter street so Bradford and Commercial were easily accessible. Parking was right in front of the place. The layout was interesting and provided ample space for the 3 of us. The sun porch off one of the bedrooms was great for doing work and reading. I would highly recommend!

What a great spot! Check in was a breeze. The parking instructions for two cars was a bit confusing, but we figured it out after a fewMinutes. Location was superb.Huge place with the perfect amount of decor. We plan to stay make your home our home in Ptown!
