The Space:

Enjoy the stunning water views, tons of natural light and privacy.

*The 4th detached bedroom is available only for 8 guests reservations. For bookings with fewer than 8 guests, this bedroom will remain locked and will not be rented separately.

*Jacuzzi is an optional add on (usage fee $250 + $50/day).

*Laundry access is available upon request during your stay.

*Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked.

*We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

*Unauthorized Events or Parties: We strictly prohibit unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. If an unapproved event is detected at the property, we will immediately contact customer support, terminate the rental agreement without a refund, and involve local law enforcement. All events must be requested in advance, pre-approved by the host, and subject to an applicable event fee.



Guest Access:

Private entrance with stair access, parking space for up to 5 cars, fully fenced backyard & private beach.
