Lily so sorry that you found the bed did not meet your expectations. It is a new mattress from Amazon. It is advertised as a Novilla King Size Mattress, 12 Inch Gel Memory Foam King Mattress for Cool Sleep & Pressure Relief, Medium Plush Feel with Motion Isolating, Bliss. But I most people have personal preference regarding how firm their mattress is. Yes and I do put in my listing that you will hear and see the hospital’s helicopter ambulance….it is unavoidable.
