• Full refund if canceled 5+ days before check-in
• 50% refund if canceled <5 days before check-in (1st night is non-refundable)

• A stricter policy may apply and will be shown at time of booking
• Mid-term stays (30+ nights):
• First 30 days are non-refundable
• 30 days’ notice required for cancellations
• Full payment for first month due at booking
