Brand new remodeled home 31 miles away from Estes Park, Home remodeled new carpet, high technology, high internet service, new hot tub outside, palm spring hot water shower, BBQ grill, gas fire place outside, indoor wood burning fire place, LARGE master bed room with twin shower heads with glass shower door in master bathroom. To sleep 12 you would have to use the two blow-up queen mattresses. The garage space is currently rented out and unavailable at this time. No large parties or events allowed.

Perfect place for an extended getaway

The property was exactly as listed. It was a very clean property in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone that was going to be in the area.

Amazing

Out of the 30 plus vacation rentals my family has rented, this ranks in the top 3! Absolutely top notch. Biggest note is how comfortable the beds were!!

Girls’ Weekend

I stayed at this well-appointed and lovely home with childhood girlfriends for our annual weekend getaway and we all loved it! Everything is well-thought out, with all the amenities that you could want. It appears recently remodeled and was done beautifully. I would highly recommend this place!

Loveland stay

House is very nice and modern. Kitchen is beautiful but doesn’t have essentials..like cheese grater, salad spinner, no bowls for salads…minimal knives (none sharpened) and no sharpening tools.. nice yard and seating for outdoor use.

Plush house in Loveland Co

This smaller home had almost every amenity one could imagine! Great yard with hot tub and patio. The king bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were tricked out. As someone said in a previous review, there is a serious absence of sharp knives! Otherwise very nice.

Softball weekend

What a great property!! Was perfect for a couple adults and teenage softball girls!! We really enjoyed everything about the house, and James was awesome to work with! Will definitely stay again!!

Another amazing stay!

We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was awesome once again!! James is super easy and great to work with! House was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen! Master bedroom and bathroom are huge and fun!! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Lovely Property

Lovely home with three beautiful bedrooms, two full baths, comfortable living space. Large kitchen fully stocked. Wonderful back yard with hot tub, patio, fire pit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond, professional, accommodating. We will stay again. Thank you!

The property was very clean with updated decor. We really enjoyed the outside patio space. I contacted James a couple times and he was very quick to respond. The only disappointing thing was that it is 40 minutes from Estes Park and an hour from RMNP. House description said it was 20 minutes from Estes Park.

The house was clean (my primary concern every where I stay). Everything functioned as it should, nothing broken, all in newish condition. We had 11 people, all 19 or older, and either I didn't read carefully enough or it is misrepresented, but to sleep 11 required the use of 2 inflatable mattresses, one of which didn't hold air all night. Not too happy about that but not much I could do about it. Spent every day in RMNP so I seldom had cell service to be able to contact the owner. It is a split level home, and there was a bit of a heat wave with temps in the 90's everyday. The AC was fine but the upstairs was much warmer than the main floor and the lower level got very cold. Closing the vents down there helped somewhat. It also said something about being 30 minutes or so to Estes Park but that is not true. It took us at least 45 minutes, obeying traffic laws. If there was any kind of traffic it was longer. Plan on an hour to get into the park. Overall the house was good, the neighborhood was good, and the overall experience was good. I probably wouldn't rent this place for that many people, it would have been fine for 6 - 8. And it was farther to the park than I anticipated and that would be the main reason to not rent again.

Home was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Great location in quiet neighborhood only a few minutes away from shopping, restaurants, etc. It was great!

Lg split-level home with fabulous upgrades.

Family of 4. 17-55. Comfortable and plenty of amenities. Lg kitchen, living area. Beautiful backyard with fireplace and hot tub. Master downstairs (huge) with large shower, closet and plenty of places to put your clothing. Kids upstairs. We enjoyed having our own spaces. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you!!

Wedding Stay

Our family stayed at this property for 2 nights. It was the best stocked rental house we ever been in! The location was perfect for our family wedding in Loveland. Host was fast to respond to us!

Perfection

I can’t say enough good things about this owner or the property!!!! Communication was top notch and this home has everything you need plus some, it’s in a great neighborhood close to several amenities. This is a newer listing so it’s still a hidden gem once the word is out there I’m sure it’s going to be booked full time so get your dates in now.
