Welcome to your perfect Seattle home base! Our modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths rowhouse offers 1,420 square feet of bright, open living space, ideal for families, friends or couples. Natural light fills the airy interior and a private patio invites you to soak up the Pacific Northwest sunshine. With premium bedding, thoughtful amenities and room for up to six guests, you will feel right at home.

Main Floor Retreat: The first floor suite features a king size cloud memory foam bed, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the furnished patio; your own little oasis for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Comfortable Living Spaces: On the second floor, relax in the cozy living room, gather in the dining area or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A window air conditioning unit keeps this level cool on warmer days.

Restful Bedrooms: The third floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. One includes an adjustable desk and its own window air conditioning unit, while the other has a fan for comfort. A full bath serves both rooms.

<Thoughtful Amenities: The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware for nights in, while high speed WiFi six lets you stream or work without buffering. You will also find a full size washer and dryer with supplies provided, plus dedicated garage parking for a compact vehicle and plentiful street parking nearby.

Quiet, Convenient Location: Accessed via a private driveway behind other townhomes, the house offers peace and quiet while keeping you close to Seattle’s attractions. Whether you are staying for a long weekend or an extended visit, our rowhouse blends style, comfort and convenience; ready for your Seattle adventure!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of two utility closets: one in the master bedroom on the first floor and another next to the kitchen on the second floor.



The Neighborhood:

The Lake City neighborhood is located in the northern part of Seattle and is considered one of the city's most diverse neighborhoods. It is a thriving area that has seen significant development in recent years, with many new businesses, shops, and restaurants popping up. The neighborhood is known for its strong community spirit and friendly atmosphere, making it an excellent place to live, work, or visit. In addition to the many amenities in the area, Lake City is also conveniently located near several major transportation routes, providing easy access to downtown Seattle and other popular destinations in the region.



Getting Around:

To make the most of your Seattle experience, we suggest having a vehicle to fully explore the greater area. Fortunately, we offer one convenient garage parking space, while free street parking is available on the surrounding streets. In addition, public transportation and ridesharing options are readily accessible, providing alternative transportation options for guests who prefer not to drive.



Other Things to Note:

Our home is equipped with a doorbell security camera at the front entrance. It will be on at all times.

The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels. It is located in the kitchen & dinning area on the 2nd floor.

We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:

- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)

- Load the dishwasher and start it

- Empty all the trash & recycle

- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked

- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure

Please be sure to review our house rule section regarding smoking, shoe and other policies.
