Welcome to the cozy and spacious 3 bedroom home in Seattle's best neighborhood of Queen Anne! The 110-year-old Historical landmark Witness the entire history of Seattle and was completely remodeled recently to a modern standard. Enjoy your retreat in this charmingly remodeled craftsman-style home with walking distance to parks, restaurants, cafes, Queen Anne's rich architecture, and all the neighborhood has to offer. Live like a local!
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home about 1920 sqft. The house is two levels with a few steps to entry.
**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: Dining room, kitchen, living room with Smart TV, 2 bedrooms with queen bed, wall heater, bathroom with shower & exercise equipment
• Basement: Bedroom with queen bed, desk and chair, entertainment space, laundry room and bathroom with shower

• Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffemaker with milk frother ad french press
• Deck with comfortable outdoor furniture

• Portable AC to beat the summer heat!
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. Street parking is free and plenty, and the neighborhood is safe.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
