Located on the emerald-green waters and sugar-white beach of the Gulf of Mexico, the Celadon Beach Resort is truly the finest condominium experience in Panama City Beach. The highly desirable WEST END location and the beautifully landscaped grounds are just the beginning. There are two hot tubs, two heated pools (one indoor/outdoor), tennis court, media room, games room, state-of-the-art fitness center, covered garage parking, covered walkway, Tennis Courts, (PLAY PICKLEBALL)and the world's most beautiful beach. Walk to Thomas Donuts and The Carousel! All this and you have not been in our unit yet!

We have affectionately nicknamed our unit 'The Palm House.' When you see the relaxed elegance and the West Indies look to the decor throughout, you will see why. The kitchen is stocked for the most discriminating chef. The bedroom has a king-size bed with an 'exceptional' mattress that sleeps like a dream. There are two bunk beds (our kids favorite place to hang out) in the hallway, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the large living room and two large baths. This unit can easily accommodate a vacationing family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Beach view from this fifth floor unit is delightful.
HOA will charge a parking/amenity fee. of 40.00 per visit. I will send instructions for parking pass with key instructions about two weeks before your stay to your personal email address.

Nice resort on the geach

The Celadon resort is on the West End - a little quieter than some other areas, which we liked. Easy parking, nice pools and amenities, the unit was nice , had all the things you needed, and the view and balcony were great.

Quick trip

Ther room was spacious and just what we needed for a quick impromtu getaway. The host was quick and curteous with any questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

Our Easter long weekend was exceptionally great! The condo is in a perfect location. The owner was incredible to work with. The king size bed was comfortable and the condo was well stocked with usable items. We will be visiting again for sure!!! Thank you for sharing your home in paradise!

Really enjoyed our vacation!

Great place! Excellent location, beautiful part of the beach! Very clean and well organized. The bed linens and bath towels were bright white, like in a nice hotel. I had a few questions before the trip and was very happy how easy it was to get in touch with property manager. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful place. We really enjoyed our vacation!

We had a pleasant stay overall! The host was responsive when we needed to reach out, which we really appreciated. The elevator service was fairly quick, and the view? Absolutely stunning view, worth a million dollars. Beach access was super convenient, too.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Our 2nd stay at this complex, first time in this unit. The check in/check out process was simple, the condo was clean and had everything we needed and of course the location was phenomenal. We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend on the beach and it was great to wind down each day on the porch with a beautiful ocean view. We would gladly return!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view of beach. Looked exactly as represented by pictures and very clean. It is on west end of PCB, which we liked. The beach wasn't overly crowded and quiet at night. Easy access to pool and parking deck. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you

This is a Gem

Celadon 506 was just lovely from the decor to the cleanliness to the view. Very spacious, extremely clean (well done!) with all the comforts of home, including 4 beach chairs neatly tucked under the bunks. That was a very nice touch! Easy access to garage and beach. We have stayed several times at Celadon, and this is one of our favorite units. I would highly recommend and owners are very prompt in responding. Wish we could have stayed longer! Will look here first for our next visit!!

Very easy process with very friendly owner. I had to message the condo owner about a code for the pool and owner was super prompt in responding. Everything I wanted in a room for me and my 2 girls to have a summer vacation together. We will definitely go back to this condo.

Nice stay

Very nice stay. I would recommend and stay here again. Only complaint, elevators are slow. The last day 1 of the 3 was not working which made the loading up process quite slow.

Vacation 2022

This condo is very well kept up and clean and the view is beautiful. I had an issue when we arrived to check in only because my email giving the check in instructions wasn't coming through but VRBO contacted the owners and Mrs. Cherie took the time and stayed on the phone with me until I got to the 5th floor and put in the code to open the door even though she was at a birthday party and I appreciated that so much. We really enjoyed our stay and the beach is nice and quiet, even at night when people is out walking the beach at night with flash lights. Just so nice and peaceful.
