The view was amazing the one down fall was our air conditioner quit working our last day we were given 50.00 back for the issue. Would have been nice if they would have offered us fans or some way to cool the condo off it was 79 couldn’t sleep so left in the middle of the night.

Unit was clean and as expected. Communication with the PM was a challenge as parking and entry were difficult to figure out

We got to check in early so that was good. The view was amazing from the balcony. However, the room was dated and the kind of run down. The couch was stained and dirty didn’t want to sit on it. The stove was rusted at the bottom. The bed was VERY uncomfortable and seemed like an old mattress. The bed frame was wobbly and made noises every time you moved, needless to say we did not sleep well for 3 nights) Our blinds didn’t work (remote controlled) and we contacted them and they said they would send someone to fix it but nobody ever came. The pictures showed a gym, which is one reason we booked this one but evidently guests don’t have access to it, but we already booked it so that was frustrating.

2023 Family Vacation

Needs a little updating in the kitchen mostly and had ants 🐜 but the location was nice, loved the beach front.

The room was clean. The jacuzzi bathtub is very old and it could use some up dating. The bed was firm. Not that it was bad. We just sleep on a very soft bed at home. By the end of our stay it was preventing us from sleeping well. My biggest disappointment was that the pictures of the rental showed the gym. We are huge gym people. It was one of the reasons I selected this rental. But the gym is only for owners. Guests are not permitted to use it. So that was a huge disappointment for us. We had a great vacation. Just some minor issues. For the price it was a great place to stay.

The room was nice and clean. We had an issue with one of the electric blinds and the management company took care of it as soon as possible. The view is wonderful and the condo is nice, this was not the first time we stayed in this facility though it was our first time in this particular condo. Definitely would stay again.

Nice, but...

Room needs some repairs and a good deep cleaning. Sand in our tub upon arrival. Balcony was very nice, but also needed cleaned
