Laundry was convenient. Kitchen was adequate. The counter top could use some love. Location was great for our purposes. Close to downtown Vegas.

Perfect location, home is quite, has everything you need. Communication is excellent - This is my second stay at the property and I am sure it will not be my last, It is my go to now for a Vegas get away.

Great place to stay

Cute place. I like that it’s off strip but not far away and easy to get to. Perfect set up for us with 2 separate rooms with bathroom in each room. Clean and comfortable

Quiet neighborhood, great communicative host, No issues with all the amenities that I needed. Pool was nice and we had that to ourselves as well.

A little home away from home

Loved our stay here! Very close to the strip and also a great starting point for other adventures. Located in a very quiet neighborhood—it was nice and peaceful after the hustle and bustle of the strip.The host provided lots of little details that made our stay feel like a home away from home: soap and shampoo in the showers, basic kitchen suplies: dishwasher pods, trash bags and a coffee bar to name a few.She was very responsive to any communication that I sent and even provided some local restaurant recommendations on request.We would definitely stay here again

Perfect Home Away From Home

Overall a very nice stay. It was very quiet never seen or heard any other tenants. Bed we used was very comfortable. Only sort of complaint is if you dont enjoy natural light please choose the room not by the road. The sun was blinding in the mornings. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

The host was very accommodating to several requests, including a late checkout and a brief moment when we were locked out of the property. She very friendly and great!

Wonderful host!

We stayed here for three nights while on a trip to visit family and hike in the surrounding area. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious, affordable, and had everything we needed, and the host is wonderful - responds promptly and is very helpful. The property is located in an older neighborhood away from the Strip, and it’s a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything without being in the middle of the Las Vegas scene. The only reason for my 8/10 rating is that the property would benefit from a few easy updates, which I have suggested to the host. We really enjoyed our time in Las Vegas, and I would stay here again.

This property was amazing. It was very clean, cozy, and seemed to provide everything we needed to feel at home. The decor was beautifully coordinated in every room. The host was very responsive leading up to our stay. It was definitely better than staying on the strip and dealing with that chaos. Way more peaceful and relaxing.
