Great Location

Perfect place for watching boats on the intercoastal, nice people and short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Wonderful location and fabulous view. Everything was as stated. Place is spacious and everything you need in a rental. The place is dated but fine. Will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

This place was so neat, close to the convention center, beautiful beautiful views nice layout, very homey! Will definitely come back here next time

Great views

Great place. Excellent location. Best of all are the views of the ICW (inter coastal waterway). Lots of great yachts to watch along with beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful place and pure relaxation!

Spent time at this beautiful condominium-the balcony was amazing. If you’re looking for a private spot on the waterway-this is it.

Location was wonderful and met all our needs. Great view!!! We were unable to use the pool due to the cold temperatures. But it looked ideal!

Great find!!

Stayed here with my husband and 12 year old daughter. Very relaxing, great balcony and view of the water. Close to beach and restaurants. Definitely a quiet location but we enjoyed the quiet. Would love to book again!

Great View!!!

This place has a million dollar view! The outdoor patio overlooking the intercoastal was amazing. We have two kids, 3 & 6 and they loved it all. The pool is great and the beach is two blocks away. There are plenty of toys and games for the kids, including beach toys and chairs. We will stay here again!

Great location, spectacular views of the waterway, especially since we were stuck indoors a lot due to weather. Covered parking. Updated bathrooms. Large master (discovered TV in cabinet on the last day). Easy walk to beach. Short drive to a Publix, Galleria Mall, and the airport. Twin beds good for kids. Some updating of rugs and chair covers are my only suggestions. Great host communication. Would definitely choose this again!

Great stay on water!

This was a very relaxing and spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a family of 4. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Directly on water. Very peaceful! Only 2 block walk to the beach...close without the crowds. An excellent retreat! Bathrooms were clean and nice. Furniture is as pictured...dated but comfortable and in good condition. The condo is fairly priced. We would definitely book this exact condo again.

Amazing and comfortable place, great views and close to the beach!

This was probably the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in! We loved that this is a smaller building, not imposing, and looks right out on the water. The kids loved watching the boats come and go. We had the pool to ourselves each day. The apt itself seems like the best in the building - top floor, corner unit with no immediate neighbors. It’s very comfortable and has all the essentials from extra towels, shampoo, soap, beach chairs, toys for kids, smart tvs in each room, a balcony with a beautiful view (and even a highchair and pack n play which we didn’t need). We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. This place is a gem and we hope to be able to come back sometime!

Dear Potential Travelers, This is a bogus review. We received no complaints from the guest. The review was a result of a bogus request from the traveler to store luggage in an unauthorized area which was denied. We tell all guests that if they have an early checkin request or luggage storgage request to please inform us in advance so we can assist the best we can or make an accommodation. In this case the guest arrived early, never requested early checkin or luggage storage and when we couldn't accommodate due to the lack of notice, the guest accordingly left this review. The guest never complained about the unit, management or otherwise. We look forward to accommodating and making all guest stays pleasurable.
