Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1820s home, located in the historic Village of Lancaster! Perfectly situated within walking distance of the heart of Lancaster, where you can take a stroll down Central Avenue to explore charming shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks that make this town so special.

The house was in a very convenient area, and my boyfriend and I enjoyed this house tremendously. We would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, and had everything you needed right there. We will definitely be going again!

Nice place, easy checking in and out. Location is awesome; visited Naval yard, Highmark, Niagara, ate out constantly at great local restaurants, and it’s close to the airport. Can’t beat it for the money.

The property is SO cute and perfect for a short weekend trip. It's on a dead end street with its own parking spot and is super close/drivable to many different things.

Great place to stay. Located at the end of a street so it is a very quiet location. Large kitchen with everything you need. Zach was ready to answer any questions and provided us with a great home to stay for a few days. Will plan on staying here in the future anytime we return to the area.

Very clean property. Perfect for 2 couples attending a Buffalo Bills game. Close to town. Great pizza one block away at 99 Grille. Host communicated very well!

Perfect getaway stay

We had an excellent time celebrating my husband's birthday getaway here. Place was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!!

This place was great large rooms and open areas. Our family was visiting with us. Plenty of room for all of us to play games hang out and relax.Enjoy the open space the area around the house was a beautiful farm.The house was very clean and updated.

Great place!

Loved this place!! Great location, comfy couch, nice shower and comfy beds! Had what was needed to cook and then some. Perfect for what we needed. Host was responsive to questions and has great taste in decor!

Great Place To Stay

The place is as clean and in a quiet neighborhood about the only noise you heard was train every so often. The beds were both comfortable and clean, the only suggestion I could make is the bathtub was tad slick and definitely needed some grippers or something. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again.

In town visiting family and to go to the March Madness games at KeyBank. This location was perfect for the 4 of us. Only about 20 minutes to get into the city. It is also located in an area on a quiet, safe street. It was so easy to get anywhere if you are going out and about, and has lots to offer near the house and only a minutes by car. Could not really enjoy the outside since the weather was typical Buffalo spring weather, but it would be real nice in the warmer months. The house, both inside and out, is kept in great shape, and has lots of included amenities (LOVE the Bills gear and the Tim's coffee). Also loved having 1 and a half baths, which is quite hard to find in smaller homes. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for visiting Lancaster

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay for my 50th Lancaster High School reunion. It is conveniently located, clean, quiet, and met all our needs. While we could negotiate them, for some taking the stairs up to bedrooms on second floor may be a challenge. We will likely rent again when we visit the area again.

Short 3 night stay

The property was described accurately and was perfect for our little get away. Perfect location on a end street and awesome neighbors.The owner Zach was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Thanks again Zach.

Perfect Weekend Stay

This was the perfect hidden gem! The size and location were perfect; it was on a dead end street so it was very quiet which was great since we had our infant son with us! Communication with the host was awesome. He responded to my messages almost immediately, and went above and beyond to help us get acclimated with the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Lancaster home

This property was perfect for our stay in the Buffalo area. It was 20 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit in the area and within 40 minutes of Niagara Falls. It's in a quiet neighborhood, has Cayuga Creek out the back door, and was very clean. The Bills decor was icing on the cake! Zach was an awesome host and very responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend him as a host and this property!
