Enjoy this spacious 4 bedroom apartment with large living room and dining space. The primary bedroom has an additional queen sleeper sofa and an ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms share a hallway bath on the upper level. An additional bedroom is located off of the kitchen. Enjoy central air conditioning through out the unit.
The Neighborhood:
Located on Park St in Portland's West End, the property is surrounded by historic homes and brick sidewalks. The Old Port is just 10 minutes away as well as Congress St and the Arts District within a few blocks.
Getting Around:
You will have dedicated off-street parking for 2 mid-sized cars (tandem). There is free street parking but it can be challenging at certain times of day.
The location is very walkable and Uber/Lyft is typically within a few minutes.
