Beautiful wooded location, extremely quiet and serene. Lovely neighborhood for your morning walk/run. Easy access to Cape Elizabeth, South Portland and Portland restaurants and shops. Comfortable mattresses, modern decor, top of the line appliances and kitchenware.

We had a wonderful stay! The place had everything we needed and was perfectly nestled in the woods for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Jocelyn was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We would stay here again.

George and his family were excellent guests! He was very communicative and he left our home in perfect condition. I would absolutely rent to George again.

This was our second stay at Jocelyn's property. We have found our vacation spot in Maine! The home is beautiful, inside and out. The interior design is exquisite, to include panoramic windows, artwork, and nautical elements. The home is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Communication with Jocelyn is hassle-free. The location is great: within 15 minutes of Portland and several beaches.

Beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here with our family. The bedrooms are cozy, the kitchen is well-appointed, and the location is ideal. The neighborhood is beautiful, and this home is tucked away for added serenity. Jocelyn is a gracious host too. We would stay here again!

Dreamy Cape Elizabeth property close to everything. The stunning, peaceful setting cradled in the trees was accented by beautiful interior design- well appointed chef’s kitchen, 2 cozy tv rooms, main level laundry and charming, comfortable bedrooms and baths. Primary bath featured a standing tub with tree top views. Every room was adorned with sophisticated art and coastal artifacts. All the comforts of home, very clean, well manicured property. Such a great vacation rental- so much fun!

We just had a wonderful stay at Jocelyn's property. It was the perfect amount of space for my family of five (two adults and three high school/college aged children). The house was beautiful and located in a great neighborhood. The house itself is on a secluded road so you have lots of privacy, but at the same time was very convenient to everything that we wanted to do. Jocelyn is an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to do a family getaway to Southern Maine.

Our group had a fantastic stay. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is extremely private, located on a large, mostly forested lot. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the large deck, surrounded by nature. Jocelyn was very helpful and responsive, and provided a number of great suggestions for our trip!

September long weekend

Enjoyed our long weekend stay at the house. It was perfect for our party of five. Very comfy and private. Host was incredibly kind and great communication, including a local recommendation for a birthday cake.

Leigh and his family were great guests. The communication was clear and quick. They respected the house rules and made for an easy transition. I would definitely rent to Leigh again!

Very comfortable modern home in a great location

A great place to stay in Cape Elizabeth. The house is off the beaten path enough to provide plenty of privacy and quiet, but close enough to everything around to enjoy everything the area has to offer (5-10 minutes to coast, 15 minutes to Portland). Very responsive and friendly host, everything was as advertised. We would recommend for anyone looking to visit the area.

Jocelyn's property is beautifully located and designed. From the inside out, it is pretty spectacular. The home is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed daily outings to nearby Crescent Beach and Portland. We left with a new appreciation of nature and the woods.
