A truly special property providing the experience of being tucked in the woods of Maine while also providing easy access to all Portland has to offer. Hosts were super responsive and attentive to requests. I would recommend this property without hesitation!

The house and setting were beautiful. Quiet end of street location. Great view of the river. Easy access to many Maine activities and towns. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners. They notified us that we could check in early and check out later which was greatly appreciated. We had three generations vacationing together and this house satisfied them all. Would highly recommend!

We rented Nick and Jenna’s house with another couple to attend a family gathering in Yarmouth. The home was spotless and very comfortable! We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. It was convenient to family we have in the area and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend!

Lovely lovely lovely!The whole property was so sweet and well maintained. Communication was easy with the owners. Location can’t be beat if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of staying in downtown Portland. Definitely would stay here again!!

We loved our stay at this home. Location is great. Very quiet neighborhood but close to Portland attractions. The host communication was excellent. The house was clean and our kids loved the game room. Thank you for sharing your home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick and Jenna’s lovely home. The house itself was so nice, immaculately kept and clean. The house was so well thought out, very comfortable for our group of four. The setting was gorgeous, looking out at the water, sitting in the chairs around the fire pit, etc. Nick and Jenna were great to communicate with. They gave us great suggestions for things to do, restaurants, etc. If we make our way back to Portland, we would most definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the "River House." The exterior of the house, approaching from the street, is appealing with a pretty garden next to the entranceway, and the interior of the house is spacious and both tastefully and comfortably furnished. Best of all, though, is the property, which is long and quite private as it stretches along an tidal river, with a path leading through tall pine trees. Some agility is needed to make it down to the river, which had high tide is wonderful for swimming in!

Fantastic place in a great location. We were in town for the Maine marathon and this house was perfeclty located with easy access to everything we had to do. The rooms are very spacious and the outdoor space was amazing to “wine down” after a long day of running. Would highly recommend!

Another excellent stay

Beautiful property within easy driving distance of Portland and its great restaurants. We liked the house so much when we stayed in June that we came back a few months later and were certainly not disappointed.

Family Trip

I visited Maine with several family members. We stayed in this lovely home and used it as a homebase. It is very well located and quite nicely equipped.
