Waterfront house on the upper most portion of the West Branch Delaware.

Enjoy 150 feet of riverfront access to some of the best dry fly water on the river. Just walk down the gentle slope into the river and cast away! Only a mile downriver from the bottom release reservoir the water temperatures stay favorable all summer long. The backdrop is a mountain called "Round Top" surrounded by sprawling fields and soaring eagles.
Come and relax at this newly renovated 3 bedroom riverfront house. Have coffee or drinks on the spacious deck and watch trout feed casually on dry flies. The house also features a covered deck, gas grill, large TV, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher and open concept living room and dinning room area.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice property in a unique area. We enjoyed seeing the cows in the river and watching people fly fishing across the road. Peaceful ,quiet and relaxing.

Lovely cottage

Wonderful place to stay. We loved it so much that we added an extra night to our stay. Ron, the host,was very accommodating and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Next time we come, we will definitely stay here.

Family Visit

We stayed for a long weekend and the place was great. It was clean and the location was perfect. Close to town and very relaxing by the river. Ron was a great host, communication was top notch, easy to work with. Highly recommend staying here.

BEAUTIFUL RIVER GET AWAY!

Ron's house is beautiful! We loved the screened porch and river view. The house is well stocked with all the necessities (dishes, linen, towels) and is beautifully furnished and Ron is a wonderful, responsive host with a great sense of humor!

Fly fishing perfection

I stayed over MDW with my dad and 2 kids. The house is perfect in every way. It’s clean, spacious and the view along with the access to one of the most beautiful spots on the deleware river. The fly fishing was incredible ! We will definitely stay again.
