Our superb property offers a phenomenal experience for guests. With 1 queen bed, 3 full beds, 1 bunk bed twin over twin, 1 bunk bed full over full and 1 twin bed with twin pull out trundle there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. House offers endless entertainment from outdoor fire pit and hot tub to activities, such as basketball and volleyball, as well as indoor activities, such as pool table, foosball, ping-pong, and air hockey. Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply relaxing in the cozy ambiance, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Great spot right on the river in upper Deposit. Close to town and the grocery store and plenty of activities at the house. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.Would for sure stay again!

Wonderful snowy long weekend

We had a great stay in Deposit! The house is huge and there was lots of room for kids and adults to spread out. We cooked a ham dinner and the kitchen was well equipped with both cooking gear and table settings. The large backyard was covered in snow and had a small hill for sledding that kept us entertained. The hot tub felt great on a snowy night. Don't underestimate how great this house can be for a winter getaway!

The house is very nice and the owner is easily available and helpful. The first floor is open with glass doors opening out onto a large well furnished porch. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating. The only seasonings in the house, however, are salt and pepper so bring all of your own food and seasonings.The house is an old farm house that has be renovated with the bathrooms and kitchen updated and very nice. I gave 4 stars because all bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are uneven. Additionally, the banister does not go the entire way up the stairs. This makes it difficult for anyone with mobility or balance issues.As long as you are aware of the stairs, I highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

A great place to spend time together with family or friends

We had a family gathering with nine people in the house ranging from 3 years old through 77. The layout was great with an open ground floor area with pool table, kitchen, dining area, living room and adjoining deck, with a nice view of the river. One floor up there are 5 bedrooms with 10 beds. The mattresses were nice and firm and the linens were clean. On the last floor was a nice games room with ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball.The house is tastefully decorated and has modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and was well heated for our winter stay. The hot-tub was very clean and well maintained.Check-in and check-out were very easy and the host, Yehuda, was very responsive when we needed to contact him, either before the trip with questions, or during the trip.We have only 2 complaints.The first is that the water was cut off three different times. The first was an automatic cutoff after running a bath (Yehuda was able to quickly reset this at a distance, but this could be corrected by changing the threshold). The second time, the cold-water pipes had frozen (we had sub-zero temperatures the entire 3-day stay, but it would seem to me not that unusual in the Catskills). A guy was able to come by after about a half hour and settle things. He recommended we let water trickle from the faucets during the night, which led to a 3rd cut-off because of the smart-valve.The other complaint is that the kitchen was lacking some basic items (easy to fix, I'll send a list).
